The accommodation is tidy and clean. Bed linen and towels are changed frequently. The ground floor stays relatively cool during the day thanks to the shading system, but the rooms also have air conditioning. Mosquito nets on the doors and windows keep insects out. Free parking is available right next to the house. The bus stop is a 5–10 minute walk away, and the beach can be reached with a 10–15 minute walk.

Spacios studio apartment. large patio, cross breeze, excellent kicthen, plenty of towels, away from noise of Faliraki and main road, surrounded with olive fileds and nice garden, only five minutes walk from AB Supermatrkey and 10 minutes walk from the beach and main part of Faliraki, main big patio on North size-excellent for Summer, South/kitchen/entrance common patio on South side, excellent for cooler days or moring sun, small BBQ area(didn't use it). Didin't meet owner, but she was reachable and very helpful with info via WhastApp.

It was' not cleaned six days that I stayed here, even towels were left for fod the entire time, beds were fairly hard, internet signal comes from the modem in neighboring apartment, so when guest from there leaves and pulls the key out of the socket, it turns off electricity and I would lose the strong internet signal. Infomed owenr and asked neighbor to leave plastic in key socket.

The apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, towels, clean bed linen, air conditioning, blinds on the windows, TV. In addition, the hostess was very welcoming and responsive. And the view from the window was magnificent (especially in the evening). And we had no problem parking our car throughout the week. Thank you very much for such a great stay in your apartment.

The property was situated in a quiet location, it overlooked orchards so no one was overlooking the property. There was a balcony off the lounge & also another off the bedroom. The bedroom was large & even had an additional fold up bed that could be used. There was an additional sofa bed in the lounge which was a good size & comfortable. The kitchen had an oven & hob, microwave & fridge/freezer. The air conditioning was very powerful which was welcome in the heat. The owner is delightful & takes great care of the apartments. They were regularly cleaned with fresh bed linen and towels provided. Its a 5 min walk to a large supermarket & only 10 mins into Faliraki & the beach. The bus stops were around 7 mins walk & there are excellent buses to Rhodes Town/Lindos and most resorts.

I confirm all the other previous reviews. Good location, nice and very helpful host, good value for money, good size and bright appartment, linen changed half way through the stay.

Nothing to complain. Just a suggestion, to provide some essentials in the kitchen such as salt, oil as well as shower gel/shampoo.

It was a nice and cozy place. We had everything we needed here and it was close enough to the beach and the shops. Kiki was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean. We'll definitely return here. :)

The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every two days. The host was extremely flexible with the check-out. The beach, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance.

1) Microwave owen did no work, but that was a minor issue. 2) Walk to the beach was a nice excercise, only one has to cross a very busy road, so it is advised to be careful.

Everything was great,the kitchen facilities was enough for cooking. We stayed here for 14 days and it's a good choice for long stay journey . Around the apartment is quite area, near is supermarket AB. If you need a place for relax with no noise and crowds, this is your best choice.

Probably, the blankets could be warmer for November, December and with duvet cover, because sometimes had to turn on air conditioner for heating. Anyway it's not the critical point.

Very clean apartments in a quiet location. About 10 minutes walk into the centre of Faliraki. Excellent air conditioning which was much needed.
