Sofia was so helpful and kind from the beginning. It was so close to the center of Faliraki, literally only 5 minutes from the Beach. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was so great. Supermarket only 2 minutes by walk. It was by far one of the best aparments we ever stayed.

We had a wonderful stay in this simple yet fully equipped room, which includes a convenient kitchenette. The room was impeccably clean and serviced daily. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, and warm blankets are available upon request. Each room features a lovely balcony. The property also offers a charming seating area in the back garden and another at the entrance. Smoking is permitted only outside, which we appreciated. Parking is plentiful and readily available. Although the property is located on the main road, we experienced no issues with traffic noise. The location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main street in Faliraki. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, fluent in English, and eager to offer advice on local attractions worth visiting. Overall, we had a delightful experience and would highly recommend this property.

One minor inconvenience. On a few occasions, later in the day, we didn't have warm water as it's solar-powered and likely used up by the time we returned. However, the water was boiling hot in the morning, and given the high temperatures, the cool showers were actually quite refreshing.

Sophia is the perfect host. She took care of all my requests and explained all the tourist locations, bus stops, and markets around the vicinity. The room is perfectly clean, and it gets cleaned every day. There is a small kitchenette with all the necessary equipment. If I needed anything else, I believe that Sophia would have done her best to provide it. The refrigerator and air conditioner worked very well. The beds are comfortable. During my stay, there was a big fire in Rodos, and sometimes the electricity supply was interrupted in the vicinity. Thankfully, the fire was extinguished in a couple of days. The booking included the air conditioner and safe box in the price, which was great for a good night's sleep. I strongly recommend checking what is included in the price when making a reservation through other platforms. The ground floor rooms have doors with nets and shutter doors, which helps keep mosquitoes away. I didn't observe any mosquitoes during my stay, but if you have any, you can use mosquito repellent tablets at night. When the balcony doors were closed, there was no sound coming from the road. The sound isolation of the doors was good enough. There is a discount market within a short distance, where you can find all the supplies you need. Faliraki's famous bar street is within walking distance, where you can find bars, restaurants, and more. The property has its own parking area with enough space for all guests. Very nice apartment in the center of Faliraki which exceeded my expectations based on the information available on booking.com, communication with the host was excellent and the apartment were cleaned every second day of my stay.

There is some ambient traffic noise from the main highway that passes by, it didn't bother me with windows closed however. As this was my first trip to Rhodes I noticed that mosquitos are much more abundant here than other places in Greece that I have been to, the nearby supermarket sells an electric plug-in for around 6 euros that works very well in eliminating stings from the tiny stealth mosquitos.

the staff is kind and polite, the cleanliness is extraordinary, the bed linen and towels were changed every two days. they clean every day.

there is a problem with the water pipe. The cleaner turn off the air conditioner.

The studio is great, nice balcony and everything was always clean. The location is perfect, close to everything and a bus stop right in front. Sofia is really nice and made us feel like home :)

The accommodation was close to centre of Faliraki (10 mins walk until the beach), but far enough away that it isn't noisy. Facilities were great with a simple kitchen and fridge. Sofia was super friendly and accommodating, and even lent us beach umbrellas! Rooms were cleaned every day. Balcony. Close to public transport, but plenty of space for parking. I mean this place was such great value. Overall, great budget accommodation that we would definitely recommend, but even if you're not on a budget it is still a good option.

Sofia, the owner was so accommodating, and the rooms were pretty much perfect for our needs. The location is phenomenal for Faliraki and all the restaurants and the beach is within 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend booking this place as it is the best value for money place I've stayed at so far.

We arrived an hour earlier than we had planned but Sofia and her nephew turned up in minutes to let us in. Sofia is such a warm and friendly host. The apartment is clean and in a great location minutes walk from everything.

Clean property, close to markets, coffee shops, restaurants, and the sea. Extremely helpful staff, always positive and ready to help. Rooms were cleaned every day.
