The hotel has a really nice location, close to the action, but not in it. The staff is really nice, approachable and professional. The breakfast is surprisingly adequate. Shout out to Kiril from reception for the amazing recommendations and kindness.

The sound isolation of the door and the walls is non-existent. We could hear the footsteps of everyone in the hallway throughout the night, especially those with flip-flips smacking the tiles in the hallway. When people talked in the hallway it was like they were in our room. This is something that really requires fixing. Wearing earplugs couldn’t help how loud it was. We were lucky our balcony is on the opposite side of the main street so at least it was quite from there.

This lovely hotel, tucked away off the main street is a little gem. Welcoming staff, clean room and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are attended to each day, and have a good supply of clean white towels. Breakfast has a very varied choice of food to cater for most people's tastes. It's a buffet style so that you can help yourself to what you'd like to eat. Served between 7.30 and 10.30am. The hotel is in the heart of Faliraki, near to the shops, bars and clubs. Also there are plenty of agents for you to book any trips/ excursions that you may want to go on. It's a very short walk to the main beach, around 10 minutes, which has sun beds and parasols to hire if you want to. There are bus stops near by, either by the large statue/fountain or the main road by the traffic lights, if you turn left as you come out of the hotel. If you want to get the local transport in to Rhodes town, or Lindos. Fare to Rhodes is 2.50 Euros, to Lindos 4.50 Euro's one way. There's a mini fridge in the room, and a choice of supermarkets within walking distance for any snacks or drinks you want to keep in your room.

It can be very noisy at night as the town come to life with the bars and music. It usually starts from the early evening, and goes on until the next morning. My room did have double glazing, so I just shut the doors and most of the sound was blocked out. But most evenings, I sat on my balcony watching the goings on along the main area before going to bed.

It is very central.So it is close to many restaurants,pubs and the public buses to Rhodos old town ,famous beaches and historic places.It is also about 10 min walking distance to Faliraki beach.Daily cleaning room is perfect as you feel comfy when you are back from the beach and visiting historic places. Very friendly staff.Special thanks to the lady at reception, Irena.She gave me lots of valuable information about places to be visited in the island,transportation, Greek food,which all make my holiday more enjoyable and easy.It is also about 5 min distance to the bus stop for the direct airport shuttle.

The hotel is right in the center of Faliraki and just a few minutes from the beach. It’s a very busy area especially at night, so I would recommend it more for young people instead of families. Nevertheless, for us it was absolutely perfect located. Bus stations just few minutes walk to go to Lindos or Rhodos town. The room was clean and modern and we really liked that our room had a balcony faceing the other side then the busy road. The breakfast had everything you need and was very tasty. Right in front of the hotel there is as well a very good restaurant where you even get a discount as an hotel guest. The staff was very friendly and helpful and special thanks to Kirilos for the kind words at the end of our stay.

The woman from the kitchen/breakfast area seemed a bit unfriendly. Right at 10:30, she immediately for example covered the cups to prevent guests from getting more drinks, which felt a bit rushed. I guess, as long as you have breakfast within the given time frame, though, you’re good to go.

Can not fault this property! The owner and staff were exceptional. We requested a late check out final day and he let us stay in the rooms until 6pm for only a small fee. Rooms cleaned daily. Super comfy. Breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic. 10/10 for location and service. The guys have done a great job with this hotel x

If you have a room opposite the main road then the bar opposite does play music till 1/1:30.. the staff apologised for this. But with the balcony door shut, and air con unit running. We didn’t even notice the music.

The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful (with someone on duty 24hrs a day), very good breakfast, air-conditioning worked well, PERFECT location, very close to everything in town (including the beach, nearby taxi station, bus station, lots of shops snd restaurants).

You could hear a bit of noise from the disco across the street at night but the sound of the air conditioning helped drown it out. There was a higher ledge on the ground walking into the bathroom and also out in the hallway corridor so pay attention to avoid tripping.

Very nice personnel, cleaning every day, although the sign on the reception said every other day. Breakfast quite basic, but included fruits and eggs, which is enough to get the day started. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute to the large supermarket, but if you are lazy, there is a shop just next doors. Location very central, but not completely in the middle of everything, so quite silent during the night. The only improvement could be more effective AC as we had to wait for good 30 minutes to get the temperature to the okay level.

After changing hotels from afandou , after a terrible first night , to falaraki premier ,we were greeted by the wonderfully lovely Irene. She was extremely helpful , friendly, nothing was too much for her . She made our stay a much better experience To be honest all the staff were lovely and helpful but she went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel, was on the main strip of bars and restaurants which were lively at night but music quietened down around 2am. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel down the same strip.

The hotel offered good value for money, especially with breakfast included — and the breakfast was very good. The room was okay !Overall, the experience worth the price.

the noise from nearby bars made it hard to get a quiet night’s sleep, and the bed could have been more comfortable. The receptionist wasn’t very helpful or proactive in suggesting things to do, which could have made our stay even better.
