The owner is amazing, he helped us in so many ways over the last two weeks. The kids especially loved Bobby the cat. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, and there were loads of inflatables and pool noodles we could all use. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the start of Bar street, and about 10 minutes down to the beach. The cafe next door (Gregorys) is so reasonable that we went there nearly everyday for something to eat and drink.

The accommodation is tidy and clean! Bed linen and towels are changed every two days! The pool and its surroundings are tidy and the water is crystal clear! Georg, the one-man receptionist and manager of the hotel, tries to please the guests in everything to make their vacation as pleasant as possible. The air conditioning in the rooms also works great. The beach is a short walk away. The pedestrian street full of restaurants and overpriced souvenir shops is just around the corner. Which is a shame to miss in the evening. I can only recommend it to everyone who wants a great little accommodation at a good value for money.

Nice studios easy walking distance to the beach and the nightlife of Faliraki. Very close to excellent restaurants. Owner George is very friendly and helpful. Works hard to ensure his guests enjoy their stay. Comfortable beds and air conditioning included in price. The pool was a bonus and plenty of comfortable sun-beds. We enjoyed it that much we are planning to book again next year.

George is a wonderful host and could not do enough for us to make us comfortable and welcome. The rooms are basic but they have everything we needed. A fridge, 2 burner electric hob, electric kettle. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a nice little balcony overlooking the pool with table and chairs. The bathroom is not fancy but crucially the shower water pressure was fantastic! The pool was lovely and clean and the location was absolutely perfect, literally 5 minutes walk to the main bars & clubs area and less than 10 minutes walk to the beach.

There are a lot of opportunities in this place, bar, pool, table games, children playground. The owner was very kind, and helpfull! Bobby, his cat is a lovely dog!

The owner was very busy he is running the place alone. There are a lot of opportunities in this place but it need to be refurbished from the base room to room. The cleanliness should be better, but for this price its okay. As he runs this place alone is no wonder he has no time for everything. I didn't understand the reflector on the balcony, i turned out is bothers us during the night.

The owner George is great, he is so welcome and kind. He takes great care of the costumers. The rooms and the pool are always clean. The cat Bobby makes the whole experience even better! 🐈‍⬛ The location of the studios is perfect, close to the beach, shops, restaurants! Even the late check in and late check out was not a problem. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel has a very good location. Spacious comfortable rooms, cleaned every two days. Large swimming pool. Always enough beds for everyone. The owner is a wonderful person, always in a good mood, whatever you ask for, he will do his best to help. Very good air conditioning. They were free. We were allowed to check out at 6 pm because they had a room available. Only the best feedback!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the price was definitely worth the quality. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and some great restaurants. A lovely cat named Bobby lives there, adding a special charm to the place. I would love to come back next year!

George was always there with a smile and ready 2 chat. we had a ground floor large apartment with big shower and good water pressure perfectly situated.. 2 min walk 2 main centre.. supermarket close nice pool with plenty of sunbeds room cleaned regularly plenty of electrical sockets nice large balcony will definitely visit here again

Sunny sun studios is situated in the center of Faliraki.This small hotel is very comfortable and clean, including a lovely swimming pool with places to rest around it.But the most amazing person here is the owner of the hotel, George.With him every guest feels as if being on vacation at his/ her relative.We recommend staying here to those who wants to rest in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere!
