A lot of mosquitos (but I think this problem exists everywhere on the island) The road leading to the building and parking is hard to find and very narrow so you need to be careful

The location is amazing, city center but behind the noisy streets. The beach is 10min walking distance. We booked a ground floor double room at a very small price, spacious and with decent conditions, but unfortunately it wasn't the right choice for us, as it was very noisy from the building (not the street) - you could hear everything from the hallway and noises from other rooms, doors slamming, people talking, dishes being washed. This location is worth it if you're looking for just a cheap stay right in the city center, no other expectations. Not us, we left after 2 days.

For our double room on the ground floor: there is NO soundproof, the door felt like it didn't even exist, we could hear everything in the building. Also very hard mattresses and an incredibly small bathroom with poor drainage. Everything was functioning properly, but the amenities are decent at most. It's a great stay for people who want to go out partying. Owner was ok, interaction tot the minimum.

The location dead centre in Faliraki was the main draw. The value for money was incredible, but then again we were there very early in the season in mid April. The bathroom in our room looked like it was at most 2 years old. The owner's Ozzie accent and rough n ready, no-nonsense attitude were amusing.

The Wifi could have been a bit better in our ground floor room. A parking spot in front of the facility is something we were able to find most of the time if not always, but that was mid April - I would not want to test how well it works in mid-summer high season when all the rooms are occupied. Some of the trim in the room - doors and kitchen counters in particular - could do with a contemporary touch-up.

Excellent welcome from our host Dimitri. Exceptionally friendly. Showed us around. Told us we could contact him for anything. Very clean apartment. Only there for 3 full days but towels and bedding changed twice in that short time! Very close to amenities but also very quiet in its location. Loved our stay and will definitely be back.

If I had to state a negative, it would have to be the size of the 'kitchen' area. Nowhere to prep anything, even sandwiches. But to be honest, we only ate breakfast there. We managed and cannot really complain for the price. I've paid more at other resorts ... and got much less satisfaction.

The apartment is located near the beach, only a 5-10 minute walk away. There are also a number of nearby restaurants. The apartment is clean and has almost everything you need. At night, it is quiet enough. The air conditioner cools both rooms, so it's comfortable.

Wifi is almost non-existent in room 50. It is so weak that it is barely possible to connect to. A microwave oven is also not available.

Apartment was ať great location. Everything was near, see, bars, centre, even a coffee open in early in the morning. Comfortable beds. View from balcony to garden. Bed sheets change after 2 days.

Small shower, water was everywhere. Floor need to be dry with towel after use. But I was not big problem.

Staff were lovely and property was clean. We rented a car and did not have issue finding parking space in the nearest church parking. Lots of grocery shops around and a lovely bakery. The room was cleaned daily which was a plus and overall it was a very good value for money compared to other properties to rent in Rhodes

It was all good

The studio is in a central location, but quiet enough. It's close to several supermarkets, as well as the beach and bus station. The host is very accommodating, and the cleaner comes every other day.

The electric kettle was extremely rusty inside, so we couldn't use it. We made do with boiling the water on the little hob.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was both clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the balcony added a lovely touch, perfect for relaxing. While the location is convenient, be mindful that Google Maps may mislead you slightly. Once you arrive, it’s worth exploring the surroundings to discover more straightforward paths. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always doing their best to assist with any needs we had.

The hotel’s location was excellent

We were greeted with a warm and helpful welcome by Mr. Dimitris. The hotel exceeded all our needs. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything we need (public transportation, car rental, markets, bars, restaurants, the beach). We thank Mr. Dimitris and recommend his hotel to everyone.
