Everything was very clean. Staff were always very lovely and kind. Food was very good at the al a cartes. The Buffett was nice, hot and miss sometimes but genially nice selection.

Biggest downfall…. I paid for a side sea view. When I arrived I paid my bill then was taken to the room. The view was not a sea side view, it was another hotel block. You couldn’t even see the sea when I looked left as it was in the distance and trees were in the way. Alls I’ll say, if you pay for a sea side view, then what I’d do, when you arrive, tell the reception you want to see the room Before you pay. The rooms are not what they say they are on booking.com description. I was eventually moved but had to really complain. Other than that, was a nice week at the hotel, pool was great, beach was great and location was very good.

My wife and I had an unforgettable 6-day stay at Mitsis Faliraki. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Faliraki, right where the nightlife thrives, making it very convenient to explore the area. From the moment we arrived, the first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness. Every corner was spotless, spacious, and meticulously maintained. All the staff were cheerful, helpful, and exceptionally hospitable. In addition to the rich buffet options, we had the opportunity to dine at the Italian, Tex-Mex, and Greek restaurants included in our reservation. We loved both the food and the warmth and professionalism of the service team. During breakfast, Ms. İnci’s genuine hospitality made every morning a delightful experience. The Main Restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for both breakfast and dinner, all of which were delicious. The bar staff in the hotel’s various locations were also highly skilled and attentive. We would like to sincerely thank all Mitsis Faliraki staff—from the service team to the kitchen staff, housekeeping, and lobby personnel. The thoughtful gifts and surprises awaiting us in our room added a special touch to our stay. In short, our time at Mitsis Faliraki exceeded all our expectations in terms of comfort and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great holiday, the communication from the hotel prior to arriving was fantastic, helping with transport from the airport and booking restaurants for lunch and dinner (which we would recommend to do in advance). The staff are exceptional, all very helpful and friendly and work very hard. There are multiple restaurants, the main restaurant does not require booking, the food is variable and themed per night, the desserts are wow! There are 5 restaurants ( greek, Italian, mexican, Asian and burgers/pitas) which need booking in advance and the food here is gourmet and fantastic. The beach and the pools are great, plenty of sunbeds, even with people blocking sunbeds early mornings there is still plenty of space around the pool and the beach. There are a couple of slides for kids in the kids pool area. Facilities around the pool including bar, creperie, fruit salad and ice cream are lovely. No waiting for drinks at the bar :) the cocktails were amazing!! There is an open gym with daily programs for fitness guided by trainers..from yoga, to HIIT to CrossFit or just do your own exercise...fantastic team!!! The rooms are very good, well equipped with a full fridge, coffee machine etc. The rooms are slightly outdated but did not impact us as we mostly spent time using facilities.

Having to leave !! The rooms are slightly outdated and need some refurbishing, but as we spent little time in the rooms, it didn't really impact us at all. The food in the main restaurant can be bland but that is to be expected in a buffet, still plenty of food with good quality.

Loved the all-inclusive and the ala carte restaurants and the staff were amazing and the beach access was lovely, plenty of nice cocktails and the evening entertainment was amazing, Anna on reception was very nice and professional and always happy to help

Didn't like the fact that you had to get up at the break of dawn to try and secure a sunbed next to the pool it was like watching animals. Plenty on the beach though which was great. Most guests would reserve their beds even though it states you can not reserve and go out for most of the day which I thought was quite selfish but I think that's normal behavior now at most hotels.

The hotel staff, and especially the hotel manager, were super helpful, attentive and made sure we felt comfortable and looked after. The pool and beach area is well designed and just fun to hang out at. The coaches at the outdoor gym were fun and it's a good place to train and keep a balance after you feasted at the very tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet. There are loads of scheduled fitness classes and activities (Yoga, Pilates, Strength, Beach Volleyball, etc, etc). We also liked the concept of having different restaurants on site (Italian, Greek, Asian, Burger/Pita, Tex-Mex,..) that you could book to change it up a bit. All in all, we were very happy and would happily come back again.

Top level service, very professional, hard working and trained staff, highest level of cleanliness, spotless uniforms of all staff members, exceptional attention to guests. This position and attentive attitude of staff can substitute psychotherapy sessions for people who need it! Every staff member deserves a special thank you! Cleaning personnel, persons in the dining room, reception, sports instructors, everyone is excellent, positive, rooms were impeccably clean. Very convenient for families, cosy, everything is very well located, close and easy to access. The flat area is very convenient, no hills. Water slides, mini club for children. Very nice idea to have aquagym and other sports everyday with very nice instructors.Food is exceptional, with attitude to people having allergies, always fresh, diverse, with possibilities to dine in restaurants on the property. Design of dining room is great! Nice gifts were offered as there were Easter in Greece. Bus stop is just across the corner, easy to go to Rodos, water park, other places, the city of Faliraki is nearby. Evening entertainments are close to very stylish pool bar with cosy atmosphere and candles on the tables. Our holidays were truly amazing!

Rooms and elevators need refurbishing, also at least our room had black furniture and too much of black colours making it business like. More warm wood colours with wall decorations like framed pictures would be nice. Also some colours like some blue stripes or live flowering plants like in other Mitsis properties we visited on white walls would be nice.

Friendly and helpful staff. Not overcrowded, easy access to every facility. Hotel is very clean. A la carte restaurants are quite good.

Not much variety of snacks around the pool area. Only crepe and few selection of deserts during the day. You have to wait to be served for the hot drinks in the main restaurant. Sometimes it takes too long to get a cup of tea. Hot water served for hot drinks was barely warm time to time. Limited animations and shows for the kids. Bathroom requires a few improvements. No snacks in the room despite a good selection of drinks in the minibar.

Clean and room service everyday. Comfy beds and nice sized balcony including airer. Room includes complimentary olive oil shampoo, hand soap, conditioner and body lotion. Fresh sunbathing towels available everyday. 3 separate pools and plenty of sun loungers at no extra charge. Great choice of food/restaurants available all day including pancakes ice cream and fresh fruit by the pool! On the beach access. Good location and 5 mins walk to shops/bars and bus stop to Rhodes town outside hotel entrance 2.5 euro single pp. Fun train nearby kalethia bay and other locations etc about 9 euro. Concierge available for other trips such as the excellent boat trip to lindos £35 euro pp. Entertainment was great in the evenings and even did a wine sampling afternoon :)

No downsides for us. Staff amazing. George at the bar made best cocktails and Nikos Groom, couldn’t do enough to make our stay excellent!

Exceptionally clean property. Great staff and very accomodating. I have travelled to a lot of all inclusive hotels but I have to say this one probably has the best quality alcohol and properly made cocktails. Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and great to swim in with small kids. Sun loungers on both the pool and beach areas are so comfy. Food is good and the a la carte restaurants are a must.

The bathroom could be a bit more modern.

Great hotel, immaculately clean, staff super friendly. Had a lovely welcome from receptionist Anna upon our arrival and the rest of the team were so helpful! We were celebrating our anniversary so were treated to a nice cake and bottle of bubbly, made our day special. Food was outstanding, sea warm and overall fantastic experience!

The only drawback was cold pools. Somehow I imagined that pools would be heated but unfortunately not. Obviously we swam in the sea but would’ve used pools as well if they were warmer
