We spent three nights here with a friend and were very satisfied overall. The location is excellent – just a 6-minute walk from the airport bus stop, 5 minutes to the beach, and another 5 minutes to the lively Faliraki pedestrian area full of restaurants, bars, and tourist shops. Breakfast was great, offering everything from eggs, vegetables, salad, pancakes, muesli, omelets, bacon, and baked beans to various pastries, tea, and coffee – really something for everyone. The pool was also very nice, and luckily there were umbrellas available, which is important given the strong sun. Our room was just right, with a great balcony that didn’t face the pool area, so we could enjoy some quiet and rest.

Unfortunately, the blackout curtain in the room didn’t cover the full width of the balcony door, so it got bright early in the morning. This really needs to be checked and replaced. I’m here to relax, sleep in, and not wake up at the crack of dawn – and for that, proper darkness is essential.

Me and my partner booked our stay here for a 7 night stay. I will be honest as we were very sceptical at first as there wasn’t too much information out there about this hotel. However as soon as we arrived in the middle of the night we were greeted with huge smiles! We entered our room and headed out to the town/strip to see what it was like. On arrival back to the room we discovered quite a few ants! We think this was mainly due to us being on the ground floor and it also being 35degrees outside! My boyfriend went straight to reception and they moved us the next day to the top floor. That was the only issue we had but wasn’t really an issue. Our new room was clean, bed was really comfortable, air-con worked brilliantly and nice spacious balcony. The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect. The area is just off the road with all restaurants and bars but at night you cannot hear a thing! You are close to everything without the hussle and bussle! Also only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area is beautiful and clean! I was worried there wouldn’t be enough sun beds but all day everyday you could get one no matter the time!! The pool also allows/provides floats which is a massive positive. The breakfast at the hotel was good and fresh and also a good variety. The pool bar was my favourite! The staff in the pool bar as well as the main hotel always went above and beyond to do anything they could to help you! The small older lady at the pool restaurant was my favourite and she definitely made my holiday also the younger lad that worked there too! They recognised us every time we cane back to grab a drink or lunch and would always go out of their way to come over and say hello! No complaints what so ever with this hotel and i would 1000% stay here again! Thank you Orion rhodes hotel:)

The stuff was very lovely! Pool was great, food was amazing. We had breakfast included in our stay, but we went for buffet dinner almost every night because it was perfect! For 16e only you get unlimited delicious and various meals to eat. Location was great, 5min walk to beach and 10min to main street of Faliraki, where all the clubs were.

We got double bed room and it was really small. We didn't have closet, so we had to put our wardrobe into bench that they put in room. In bathroom, a shower was broken, so we couldn't shower without holding handle of the shower in our hands.

Pool bar/restaurant staff was very friendly and positive. Food altogether was of really good quality (large portions!) and breakfast had nice wide choice to select from for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast/dinner restaurant and reception building was very clean, pleasant place to be in (sharp contrast to the the rooms we had). Rooms had powerful AC's. Beds are comfortable. Pool area is small but functional and sufficient. Location is awesome - close to beach (incl to Sea Shuttle stop to Rhodes city), around the corner goes the main street with restaurants, moto rentals, etc.

Our rooms were in a very sad condition and desperately needing renovation. For taking shower the little bath was a joke at best, if not dangerous for physically less fit persons. Sometimes to get just drinks if ordered from the pool bar/restaurant table took a bit too long time.

The pool area and bar are lovely. The Staff are all pleasant. The hotel room is fairly basic, but plenty of space for two of us. The bathroom was lovely in comparison to most Greek hotels! Breakfast was lovely. Great location to get everywhere you need, but out of the way to be nice and quiet. Would definitely go back.

Only small issue, nowhere comfortable in the room to sit. Would be good to have a little sofa or some loungers on the terrace.

I had an extraordinary experience at Hotel Orion. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly and professionally greeted. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. **Location:** The accommodation is located in an excellent area, close to the beach. **Comfort:** Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. **Facilities:** Hotel Orion offers a variety of facilities, including breakfast included, free Wi-Fi, a pool, a fitness room, and parking. **Food:** Delicious and varied, with options for all tastes. Their restaurant offers quality dishes and excellent service for all meals. **Atmosphere:** The general atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We felt that we were in a special place where every detail matters.

However, the entrance door is of poor quality and not soundproof, so you can hear every noise from the hallway. Avoid Block 2, as it is in the middle, and everyone passes through the hallway to Block 3.

The staff were amazing , the breakfast buffet had great options for everyone. The rooms were better than expected and the pool and beds were amazing. Staff were helpful with every request.

Air conditioning wasn’t cold enough , and it was very weak. Not enough beds at the pool. People leaving towels on them for half the day while they were not present at the hotel.

Pool area was spotless loads of sun beds. Food in the pool bar amazing quality and good prices. Staff couldn't be nicer greeted with a smile and a chat every time . Nothing was a problem to them drinks by the pool or at the bar always with a smile. Rooms functional had everything we needed fridge, kettle , powerful shower, large balcony. Flowers left with a note for my birthday. The restaurant next to the hotel was amazing as well .

Rooms a bit dated but had everything we needed, and we were outside all the time so not really a negative.

Excellent location, walking distance to main area, shops and restaurants. The pool area was never overly crowded but still had a lively atmosphere. The staff were so nice and friendly.

Everything was amazing, only thing I can comment on is the lack of fresh prepared fruit at breakfast. Regardless, the food provided at breakfast was very nice.

Lots of sunbeds! No sunbed wars here, we visited in July and some days didn't make it to the sunbeds till midday and still had choice. The poolside café is wonderful and has lots of delicious choices. The staff there are especially friendly. Great location, quiet at night and just a short walk to the busy shops and restaurants. Luggage storage for if you have a late flight, and allowed us to spend the day at the pool and sunbeds :) Overall recommend the Orion Hotel

Although our room was great, I would say the bathroom could do with being updated, although still functional. Also updating the leather sun beds as they get extremely hot in the sun!
