We have spent one of our best holiday here, thanks to Tsampika hotel. The hotel has a great location as it is only 10 minutes light walk from one of the best beach, next to Tulum bar and restaurant. A nice market is just 100 meters away on the way to the beach, which makes it very handy, even if you got to go back for something. All-inclusive was amazing, very good chefs provided great food with a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A large selection of hot meals, salads, cereals, fruits, deserts and so on, juices, ice cream, coffee always available, literally what you want :) Free beer, wine and cocktails are also included. Special musical events for residents every few days, there was retro party with a DJ, then live Greek night the other for us. The levelled pool is also fantastic where the music is always on with different genres. You can get free beach towel and umbrella, you just pick it up and bring it back at the end of your day thus every one can grab whichever you need :) Renting a car was just a phone call from the reception with no special requirements, standard daily fee and rules. Quick clean and fresh bed sheets every day, great aircon and nice balcony comes with the room. Special thanks to Tsampika and her husband Dimitri whom are both very welcoming, helpful and great people. Not just them but the rest of stuff are also very professional and it is visible that they are there to make your stay special.

The property was a lovely family run hotel and you could really feel the family vibe. I was always greeted good morning, asked how I slept, how my day was or how the food had been! As a solo female traveller it made me feel very safe & was nice to be so welcomed. The staff were all lovely and nothing was too much to ask, provided directions when I needed them and were happy to help. The pool area was clean and plenty of sun loungers available all day. The food was varied and tasty, the drinks were nice and served all inclusive from 10-10. The location was brilliant, a short walk to faliraki bar street, the beach and so many bus stops to Lindos/Rhodes close by. My room was cleaned and sheets/towels replaced daily.

The pipes could be a little loud when another guest was using the shower, but this was nothing major and didn’t prevent any sleep

A very good 3-star hotel. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. We chose the all-inclusive option and were not disappointed. The food was tasty and very diverse. The owners and hotel staff were extremely kind—always helpful and smiling. The pool was clean and new, and the surroundings were well-maintained. Convenient location, close to both the beach and city center.

We liked everything! I would only suggest installing a shower screen on the bathtub, as it was difficult not to flood the bathroom when taking a shower.

Nice and simple family-run hotel with great value for price. 7 min walk from the free beach (Faliraki beach, mostly sandy, bars and watersports available, sunbed&umbrella for extra charge) Breakfast contains ham/salami, 2-3 type of eggs, vegetables, cheese, steemed/grilled vegetables, sausages, yoghurts, cereals. Lunch and dinner mostly with a soup, a vegetarian pasta, chicken, pork and fish and 3-4 side dishes, 2 salads, 2 sweets and melon, ice cream. Everything was tasty or at least okay. All inclusive drinks are local beer, local wine, cocktail with ouzo and local soft drinks. Afternoon snack: cookies etc and ice cream. Coffee machine operates almost all day. Rooms are simple, no fancy, some of them are a bit worn-out but everything works(tv, fridge, hairdryer, AC), shower curtain too small. 2 different pillows, cleaning and towel changing almost every day. Pool is nice, sunbeds are okay, some of them are a bit worn-out. Music not disturbingly loud. Staff very friendly, kind. Thank God, no loud music/shows after 22:00. Late check out for extra cost is possible if the hotel is not fully booked. Guests are mostly families or young adults but no party animals. If you are looking for a 5* all inclusive fancy stuff/ you can’t stand youngs playing moderately in the pool/ want a lot of animation (there is some, although) , this is not your best choice but if you are satisfied with simple food, nice pool and not planning to have your zen time without kids by the pool, then this hotel is a great value for price with a walking distance to the beach and the main street night life.

I was satisfied with everything

Nice and modern rooms. I was a bit skeptic about the food selection but I was pleasantly surprised about that and we had no problem with the choice. The hotel is located like 450m from Faliraki main road which is also great for some souvenir shopping or a nightlife. The owners are present almost 24/7 and they really care about your satisfaction.

The restaurant staff is really nice, hard-working..the empty plate is gone within a minute but they don’t smile - nobody..I don’t know why but it’s sad. The soft-drinks are just terrible, full of artificial taste..but that was the only downside of this otherwise beautiful stay.

Lovely Hotel, nice modern rooms and all close to the pool area and restaurant and bar. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach (5 mins) and a slow leisurely walk browsing in some of the shops is about half an hour to the main town and strip. The staff were all really lovely and very efficient. We would definitely go back. Great value

The only slight negative (and I'm fussy) is the food was your typical all inclusive and the all inclusive drinks weren't great, but for the Great value we were happy as we often eat out and take in the amazing location anyway.

All was good

We are very grateful to the staff of the hotel, because we arrived early in the morning and they managed to check us in at 8 AM and feed us breakfast! They are very friendly and helped us all the time I'm a vegetarian and had a large variety of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner. And let's make this review useful, so please find all the timings below: Breakfast is from 07:30 to 10:00 Lunch is from 13:00 to 14:30 Snack time is from 17:00 to 17:30 Dinner is from 19:00 to 21:00 The pool is from 09:00 to 18:00 The bar is from 09:00 to 22:00 It's easy to park your car right in front of the hotel. Pool towel may be provided upon request Amazing mountains view from the third floor

I would say those are areas for improvements, because we liked the hotel very much: - Please put the shower curtain, otherwise the bathroom is becoming wet right after the shower each time - My spouse is not vegetarian and had digestion problems after the breakfast, lunch and dinner. We suppose that meat is not fresh and probably too much oil is used

I highly recommend the Tsampika hotel, I couldn’t fault the place. The room was fresh and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a power shower that I will miss. The pool area was spotless and very tidy. The restaurant was excellent, with a wide variety of well presented hot food to choose from. We ate there everyday. The food is tasty and they put extra focus on cleaning. The cleaning ladies changed our bedding and towels every day, something I never experienced in a 3 star hotel. The management is friendly and very helpful. There are also evening activities, like retro disco and greek folk evenings.

Not all the staff speak English. Aircon was a bit loud, but it was functioning well. For a 3 star hotel these are not major issues I'd say.
