Our stay here was perfect we couldn’t fault it! The sunsets from our balcony were stunning! Nicos and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having the shop downstairs is really useful! The kitchen is compact but has everything that you would need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cleaners came everyday, were very friendly and so towels were replaced and it was very clean. Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants and bars but very quiet. Close to bus stops and we didn’t have a car and managed to explore Rhodes, Lindos and Symi using the frequent bus and boat trips. The pool is small but clean and has lots of sun loungers, you can use other nearby pools if you want a bigger pool. We would stay again.

There was a bar but it wasn’t running/ open. This wasn’t a problem but good to know.

This hotel was the best choice for us! The room is simple, but equiped well - we missed basically nothing (functional fridge and freezer, air conditioning, television, basic dishes, hairdryer, clothes line on the balcony). The clean ladies cleaned the room every day and all staff was very kind to us.. The biggest advantage was the store that the owner (Nicos) runs directly on the ground floor. You can find absolutely everything here and it is cheaper in comperation to other shops in the area. The breakfast were amazing and tasty! You can choose and mix everything you like (juice, coffee, fruit, vegetables, toast, eggs, greek yoghurt, pankackes, ham/cheese etc). We would like to say big thanks to all staff, especially to Nicos, who was so kind and helped us when my pregnant wife had healthy issues. He took us into the hospital by his car because the local ambulance after we called emergency should arrive within 40minutes!! (for pregnancy I recommend the private hospital - 15min by car). Thank you Nicos, we appreciate your help a lot! Also, as our departure was in the evening, we could use our room through the whole day, so my wife had a lot of comfort during last day! Again, thanks. The hotel is close (5min) to the main street where you can find all shops, restaurants, clubs and other places for entertainment. The beach is approximately 15 min by walk from the hotel. Its nice, surrounded by many restaurants with access from the beach and small shops around the corner. Mostly you spend €20 for two sunbeds incl. umbrella. Its one payment formthe whole beach area, so once you pay, you can change your locations throughout the day and still have right for the two sunbeds :)

We booked this accommodation last minute and it was the best decision. Nice, small hotel, extremely friendly staff, excellent and tasty breakfast, small kitchen that allows you to prepare lunch or dinner, shop within the hotel that offers everything you need, daily cleaning, fresh towels every day... We are really glad that we came across this hotel. It is in Faliraki, which is a great location for trips around the island and also the place itself has a lot to offer. All in all, a well deserved 10 for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John Mary. Nikos and his family were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. Our room was cleaned daily, and we had everything we needed. The hotel's supermarket was extremely convenient, providing everything we needed without having to leave the property. The hotel's location was convenient too, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away if you don't have a car. There wasn't a single thing we didn't love. Thank you, Nikos and family, for your wonderful hospitality! Leaving was the only bad part.

We had an amazing stay in John Mary for a week in October. The hotel is small and has a cosy atmosphere. It is located close to the main street with restaurants and shops, as well as to the beach, but at the same time it's really quiet here. We found it a perfect place to relax and recharge batteries for the next day full of snorkelling and sightseeing. The personnel was very very kind and helpful! Will remember it for long. We loved the breakfast - didn't get bored because the food was always fresh and of high quality. Room cleaning every day, making the place super tidy. There were mosquito nets in the room - small detail but it shows that you will find all you really need for the best, comfortable stay here! PS We went three times to Anthony Quinn Bay - 5 minutes car drive from the hotel - and did snorkelling. It wasn't crowded at all in October. If you like marine life you'll love it! Crystal clear and warm water full of fish.

A wonderful stay, everything was perfect. The room was fine, well equipped, clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a supermarket on the ground floor for all your needs was so convenient. Location was quiet although only a short walk to the beach and the strip with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at John and Mary.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The place is very nice and tidy, in a perfect position: very close to the center (5 min by foot) but in a quiet street. It has parking, swimming pool, and even a supermarket, very convenient. The room was spacious, cozy, very clean, with a kitchenette equipped with everything you may need. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of choice. The staff is the added value, always smiling and doing their best to take care of the guests. The owner was so kind and helpful, he gave us lots of good suggestions for restaurants, beaches, places to visit and trips on the island. We had a small issue with the fridge in the bedroom and he replaced it right away. Also stored our luggages on our last day, so we could go back to change and relax before leaving in the evening. We had a lovely stay, I would definitely recommend John&Mary and hope to go back myself one day.

Very nice place, only 10 minutes from the beach in Faliraki. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy. The breakfasts were delicious and you have many various options (fruits, veggies, pancakes, yogurt, greek pastries, coffee, tea, juice etc.). There is a small swimming pool and a shop on the building, where you can buy all necessary things like food, cosmetics and suovenirs. The stuff were really nice and helpful. - Sometimes mosquitos were able to get to our room, although there was a special anti-mosquitos netting.

Pleasant accommodation just outside city party noise which is in most of the city center. Nice sandy long beach is around 6,7 minutes walk. It takes 15 minutes walking to the city center or you can even take a bus which goes frequently near the apartments. Nikos was wonderful host, always helpful and very polite. Breakfast was excellent, Barbara from the staff was always there to make something special like pancakes, waffles, omelette, you just need to ask for something outside of the typical menu. Room was good, comfortable, clean, with everything to make you feel just like at home and there was a welcome wine, nice gesture from the hosts. Apartment has its on supermarket, very convenient and useful.

WiFi is generally very good, but in my room there was a weak signal. But on the room terrace or whole apartment terrace you can always find a spot to sit and enjoy the good WiFi. Other than that there is no clear flaw.

Fabulous stay at Nicos' hotel. Everything that we wanted. - very spacious rooms with extremely large beds. Comfortable mattress. We gad good sleep. Bed was made up every day. Towels changed every day. Chargers by the bed. -large sturdy wardrobe with safe and coat hangers. Iron board. Ask nicos for iron if you need one. - make up desk with large mirror, hairdryer and socket close by. Nice sturdy chair Air con at your control. Working perfectly fine. Wifi fast and reliable working in the room and pool area Anti moscito net in the balcony door. Table and chair on the balcony for your quiet meals. View into the open area with lots of greenery. The kitchenette has got everything that you need. Frying pans, pots, sieve, cutlery, chopping board, plates, mugs, bowls. Kettle, toaster. Washing up, sponges, kitchen towel provided. Fridge with freezer Although our fridge didn't have a door to the freezer it didn't affect our food much. - bathroom spacious, soap shower gel, bath mat changed every day. Window in the bath. - supermarket downstairs - prices the same as everywhere else. - lovely breakfast - lots of choices. Barbara makes fab eggs and pancakes. Sweet and salty cold choices. Good quality olives! - pool area very clean. Comfortable sun beds. Loved the fake grass! All in all we had fantastic break. Cleaning staff was working on top levels. Great girls! Nicos is just such a nice guy! We felt so welcomed. We were offered coffee on arrival and were able to late check out. Nicos just made everything possible. This place deserves hotel rating! Cleaning standards is better than in other fancy hotels. They even provide slippers! I would highly recommend the place! It's close to everywhere, and it's quiet. We are coming back later in the year! Thank you Nicos and staff!
