Very friendly owner, kiria Paraskevi received us openly when we arrived later in the night. She explained a lot of stuff about the accomodation and the island in general. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh towels everyday. On our last day we could leave our stuff safely with them even after the checkout, because we would leave only later. She arranged also our transport to Rhodos town afterwards which was really kind. The location is great, walkable distance to Faliraki, and very convenient to go to Rhodos town and other sightseeing spots nearby. Great spot to stay!

My second time staying here and was greeted with the warmest welcome, these family run apartments will go above and beyond for you and treat you as family. The apartments are very clean and comfortable and a short walk away from the beach, shops and bars it's on a main road which is great for getting the bus to different places. The pool area is always clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's very peaceful. Voula and the family are the nicest people and will make you feel so welcome. I mentioned that it was my birthday and later Voula surprised me with flowers she had picked from the garden. You can go there as a solo traveller like myself and feel completely safe. I now consider them friends and can't wait to stay again. Hopefully soon! Thankyou Dolphin studios for making my stay special.

For the price,was more than happy,The negative reviews on here,look through them a bit and if not for you, spend a little more. A 9 night holiday,I booked 4 nights to start with,then if it didn't work out,I could change accommodation.. but no,stayed and paid the difference for the 9 nights I got a relatively new, clean and comfortable bed,decent size room,a balcony,a fridge and a basic but powerful shower. I'd sooner spend less on where I'm asleep,the give me spending money whilst I'm awake .. but that's me There's a coffee shop across the road,and the most fabulous Greece tapas restaurant,meal for 2 with drinks for 30euro or less... Again,saving you another bit of money as apposed to the centre It's a 15/20 minutes walk to the beach/centre... However if your going to sit down all day once there,the walk is good! The staff are lovely,it's a family owned and operated set up who live on site,there's no reception but tend to see someone milling around.. of not,you'll see someone later,or tomorrow. I rang the phone number on arrival,as felt a bit lost not knowing where reception was.. that's because thee isn't one,but the guy was there in 5 minutes

The accommodation front straight out onto a very busy main road,with lorries and motorbikes with no helmets flying past at 60 to 100mph I wouldn't recommend for large families with kids,or if less able bodied..due to the road.. but couples on a budget... Definitely The pool area is noisy due to this,but with your headphones in,it takes the edge off.,it's ok for a hour,but I couldn't sit there all day... But there plenty of nice pools around where your welcome to stay the day at other hotels.. but did use the pool area a couple of times for a hour at teatime once back from my day The road noise isn't to bad once your door is closed,you don't hear it after a couple of days and is much less busy at night than the day.

The apartment is 4-5 minutes from the beach. Very comfortable beds, the air condition works very well (very hot days during our vacation). If you wish, you can have homemade greek breakfast by the lovely Nona. The owners are always available if you need anything. The pool is clear.

the road is close, so it could be noisy for others, but not for us. It didn’t disturb us..

Lovely owner lady. Loved my room and balcony. Fridge is always a Godsend. Supermarket close by. Restaurant over the way. Costa packet cafe too. It was handy but captive audience with not much else nearby. It was ok. Decent coffee and fresh orange juice great

On foot I didn't love the location. It's ok if it's cool enough to get about. Walk to beach is around 25 mins. Fairly pleasant as I say as long as you can remain cool and hydrated. Water Park around 10 mins walk too.

Great stay. Great family. The garden was an organic heaven. Pool was never overcrowded mostly had it to ourselves and this was in peak season(August). No sunbed fights like in spain. No rowdy drunk guests. Brand new beds. Rooms were big WITH balcony and table and chairs. Really relaxing stay where we were treated like family and any problems, Dennis would immediately appear and sort it. He was amazing. My daughter booked this hotel/ apartment as she was booked already to stay. But I'm writing the review (Susan) thank you Dennis and family!! The photo is of tsambiko the hotel cat. Nothing not to like

Wonderful family run the apartments. Made to feel like family, not customers. Lovely big, clean pool, set in beautiful gardens. Buses to Rhodes town and also to Lindos leave right outside and good grocery stores nearby. A short walk to the main Faliraki strip, but far enough away to avoid the noise in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Tasty Meze restaurant over the road. Dolphin is excellent value for money! Thanks Voula and Dennis, see you next year ;)

Leaving!

Kindest and most charming family run hotel with everything you need for a good vacation and to feel safe on your trip! Very open, talkative and friendly family of staff that will happily do their very best for you to have a nice stay. For the price this is definitely worth it. The pool is clean and a very good addition! Some furniture / features may not be the most modern, but it’s not where you put your focus into. Shops, restaurants and beach is close, so the location is great as well. We will be back =) Rodi & Allan

Staff were excellent, nice family run place that tends to your request promptly. Location is very good for transport to anywhere on the island and a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants.

There's not much to dislike about this place, I guess the pool bar could be opened a bit more. Apart from that, no negatives. Our stay was very nice.

Staff are friendly lovely people it's clean and cheap you get what you pay for a lovely little place there is a bit of road noise but not that bad we slept through it never woke the baby up once staff are nice people pool was clean

No food and drinks only what's in fridge could be better with a proper kitchen services
