The staff were so friendly, always willing to help you and look for cheaper alternatives when travelling. Food was fantastic. Breakfast was the same every day but it was free and there was a variety. The pool was fairly big and always quiet enough to get a sun bed - was also cleaned every evening. Mini market on site. Room was cleaned twice in our 5 night stay. Air con in the room with a fridge and a balcony. When we left, the staff gave us a souvenir which was a lovely, unexpected bonus. Overall, really lovely stay, would definitely recommend if you’re on a budget!

Only thing and it was a very minor issue - the location. The walk into the main strip of Faliraki was 30 mins and there was no sidewalk so we had to walk on the road and taxis for a 5 minute journey were anywhere between 10-15 euros.

The staff was great! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved the Mountain View. The market outside was handy for ua to buy water at any time (Prices are the same as the city). Swimming pool was fun. The beach shuttle was great considering the heat to walk around. There was a restaurant and a bar in the property, what is very convenient to whom is too tired to go out. We didn’t try it out. Public bus to airport and all locations are 5min walk. Perfect!

The location was not really good. The sidewalks in the area were full of grass, not well maintained or non existent. Unfortunately I didn’t feel safe walking around without a sidewalk, cars and buses are driving by constantly. Wifi didn’t work in our room.

Very nice family hotel , we stay there for 8 nights with breakfast including, very nice big room with mountain and garden view . You got what you need , very nice swimming pool and bar . Owners are very nice and helpful. Walking distance to town and beach but also there are free transport from and to the beach as well for lazy people haha . We got very nice stay . Nice breakfast we enjoyed! Thank you for ours stay . We will be back there ! Highly recommended for everyone!

Loved it so much, really good and amazing price, the breakfast was really tasty, people can choose from a large variety of foods, amazing pool, Faliraki bar/food street is 15-20 min walking distance and the bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. Really friendly staff. Definitely would go back. They would deserve 3 stars, instead of 2.

Staff and hospitality was excellent. A very friendly and warm welcoming hotel. Every staff member is very helpful and approachable. The room was very tidy, perfect size for my family and the cleaners was coming around every day for my 2 week stay. The pool was excellent size and clean too.

We have stayed for 6 nights, the owners has welcomed us with a smiles (we have arrived at 2am) and cold bottles of water which was so toughtful! Size of the room was good for 2 people, clean and with beautiful view! Breakfast was nice and homemade, the hotel has mini market onsite which is useful if you don't drive, there's also a food supermarket 25 mins walking away. The location is perfect, 50 km away from Lindos, bus stop outside the hotel you can get timetable at reception, only 15 mins walking away from the beach (the hotel gives free of charge lift to the beach 3 times a day at certain times you just need to let them know you want it). The hotel has a large swimming pool but we had no time to get in 🙈 The staff was very friendly and helpful you can tell they're hard workers. Would come back 😊

The pool and sun loungers were amazing, the room was so good for what we paid. The staff were so helpful, and helped us with the bus and taxis, and they also have a free beach shuttle 3 times a day!!

The only thing we found was that it was was a 15/29 minute walk from the town on the main road, but actually was fine, and getting a taxi back at night from the town was cheap and easy!!

this was an amazing little find. Roughly 20 minutes walk from the beach with free beach transfers offered throughout the day too. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was fantastic size with plenty of loungers. On site shop made it handy for any last minute needs. Lots of facilities and every possible need was catered too. The water and complementary wine was a lovely touch.

Bed though decent size was a little stiff. Pillow was very firm for us.

Free parking in front of the hotel, cheap price, silent place, comfy bed.

No elevators, no kitchen tools, shower was broken, water in swimming pool was very dirty.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they have free parking and a nice pool area. The Minimarket with food is next to the lobby.

Breakfast was a bit limited with choice and the location was remote from the beaches, but close to the road, which was one way. No bathroom ventilation and the shower head was a bit broken.
