We had many doubts before booking the hotel. Some negative comments were demoralizing but it's not relevant. It was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Eutuxia, Chris, Manolis, Nikol, Kostas, Nico and all the staff I can't name were all very nice, thank you very much to all of them. The rooms were clean. They were constantly cleaned every day. The toilets were constantly cleaned. The food was very tasty and good. Thank you to the chef Mixalis. There was a constant shuttle service from the hotel to the sea. We were very pleased. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Nice poolarea. The hotel was clean. The allinclusive was simple, but enough to choose from. You got what you need. The staff was amazing. Always a smile, and helpful :) The hotel have a car rental which I recommend. Free shuttle to/from beach, many times a day.

Hard beds. Dry bread for breakfast.

Good location and the staff were all (overworked!) Polite and helpful. Checking in and out was smooth and easy. Little shuttle bus takes regular (free) trips to the town and beach. Aircon was great. Pool area great for relaxing.

Food was not good and unimaginative. Only one coffee vending machine to que for morning coffee - and if you want a hot drink at other times, it is instant coffee from the bar. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not one good sleep and checked out earlier due to this. (Matress toppers would alleviate this issue) Roomservice was daily (positive), but I didn't like that they will just walk in to change bedding/towels. Option to choose roomservice would be good. Towels (clean, washed) had other peoples hair in it - not a pleasant experience to dry face and have a long blond hair in your face 🤢 so would recommend them shaking towels before wash and then a good rinse! WiFi not good in my room and spotty even in reception.

Hi There I’m very disappointed with this hotel food was poor I wouldn’t feed it my dog we told the staff are air conditioning was broke three times didn’t fix it once staff was also very rude not only that we got told that to the faliraki town centre was only a 10 minute walk took us 35 mins and that’s a fast walk I honestly don’t know how this hotel is still running it’s appalling and so many people was complaining even while I was there also they couldn’t even serve you a beer or cocktail in a glass cup in plastic cups like your a kid it was honestly awful as far to say I want my money back .
