Raffaello Beach was very beautiful hotel with excellent location and very kind staff. The sea was only a few steps away, but so were all the shops, restaurants and clubs. Our room (superior room with sea view) looked exactly like in the photos and the view was even more amazing than I would have expected! From our room we could see the sunset and it was so beautiful. The balcony was really big and nice place to spent time. Hotel staff was very kind and nice and even came to help quickly when I accidentally locked myself out of the room in the night.. In summary if I would go to Rhodes again I would choose Raffaello Beach as our place to stay with no hesitation. I loved the place and i have nothing bad to say. Highly recommend!! (It surprised us that there was no reception at all, but it didnt affect our stay negatively. But I would have wanted to know what to do when you get there, so I want to share it with you. So there is phone number in the wall and when you call that you will get guided about your room and possibly can log in earliel like we did!)

The location was the best I’ve ever stayed at. We had 2 rooms 001 - right on the beach and beside the Aquarius beach bar (excellent food). Queen size, very comfortable bed. Powerful, hot shower. Fridge & kettle. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10 221 - 2 bed apartment towards the back. Slightly dated bedroom furniture, beds a bit hard. But we based ourselves in the large patio area attached to 001 during the day. 8/10 No reception but didn’t need it. I got a text from the owner on the morning we flew telling us all important info- room numbers, WiFi code, etc. When we managed to lock ourselves out of the room, I just texted and they came in 10 minutes.

Hard beds in twin apartment. WiFi better in some areas. Everything else was wonderful.

The location was great, as described, right at a very lovely beach and 5 min walk away from the centre, bust stop and taxi station. The pools were great (including the neighboring Aquarius ones). The bed was amazing and the room was very clean. At the beach and the adjacent Aquarius bar/restaurant the staff was extremely lovely and friendly and the food was amazing. The beach was super clean and the water great. The communication at check in/out was straightforward and very simple.

Great location to the beach and beach front restaurants. Also very short walk to shops and town bars. Quiet location compared to further along the bay where the big hotels are. Apartment great for four of us. . Cleaned every day. quarius bar and pool next door which we used all the time. Friendly staff everywhere. We booked boat trip with Sofia sea cruises. Water park 10euro from taxi central. Would recommend Rafaello for a chilled holiday

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There are 3 pools and there were always enough sunbeds for everyone. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Food in the hotel was mixed, we had some decent meals and some that were not so good. This didn't bother us too much as we ate out most days. The shower in our room was a bit unpredictable, sometimes we had to wait 10 minutes or so before the water was hot enough to get in. Sunbeds on the beach were very expensive which put us off going to the beach.

The location was perfect. Right on the beach, with loads of beach bars, boat trips etc and just 5 mins walk to town centre for all other bars and restaurants. Few pools, split over 2 areas, beach bar joined to the accommodation that has some music playing all day (not too loud, just enough to give a good atmosphere and chilled vibe for a day at the pool)

Slightly dated room (nothing terrible) but for the price of the property in its location I can not complain at this

Beautiful view from the room and the terrace. The bed was large and very comfortable. The fridge was large enough to keep water bottles, drinks and food in it. Using sunbeds next to the pool was free of charge, and the beach was only a few steps away, so it wasn't necessary to rent sunbeds there.

Check-in was a little strange. There is a sign on the wall, next to the pool with phone numbers. You have to call them, to reach the owner, who can let you in.

Everything :) location is just on the beach. Beach bar is very good. People are super friendly. Greetings to Büsra at beach bar/restaurant. we stayed in double room with sea view and the view was spectacular.. Room was spacious and super clean and they made the room everyday even though we didn’t ask. Bed was very big and comfortable.

Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach are not free even for the hotel guests.

Everything was great! The room had been recently renovated, with a balcony and a lovely view towards the sea. It was tidy and cleaned well daily. The location was perfect, right at the beach and only a short, maybe 5 min walk to the Faliraki center. But far enough so that it was peaceful and quiet. Small grocery store about 20 meters away. The bus stop to Rhodes town was about 10 min walk away, the bus took about 30-40 mins. The pool area was nice, it was busy but not crowded, and we were able to always get sunbeds, even later in the day. The beach right in front of the hotel had sunbeds for rent, two sunbeds plus shade was 30 euros per day. The price seemed a little high, but the beach is lovely and the water very clear and there was good and fast service, so it was worth it. Bring your own towels! Service was always friendly and efficient and the food in the restaurant was probably the best we had in Faliraki. Highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for 3 nights.The beach bar and vibe here is exceptional, the location is a few minutes walk from the main strip in Faliraki. The pool area is clean with 3 pools to choose from. The sunbed rental on the beach is €30 for 2 beds & an umbrella for the day but it is worth it. I would stay here again for the location alone and it is great value for money.

The hotel is clean, our towels were changed every day and the room cleaned but the rooms are very dated. The photos of the bright, airy, modern rooms that you see online are not the Raffaello hotel rooms, they are for the Aquarius hotel which is in the same location. The photos of the rooms with the woodens beds & doors etc are the Raffaello. I would stay here again as it is great value for money but if the Aquarius was available I would pay the extra money to stay there for a more modern room, the facilities are shared between both hotels. FYI: The shower switches from cold to scalding hot instantly, be mindful of this when showering.
