The location was good with nice views of the sea and surrounding area. The main reason we chose this hotel was the pool. It was superb, good size and covered areas fot keeps away from the sun, when needed. But the best thing about this hotel was the staff, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself was dated. My air-con wasn't the best, but my friends had new units in their rooms, so it looks like they are updating. My curtains didn't quite cover my window, which wasn't the best. But it was clean and tidy, and I slept well, so I can't really complain.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to cater to any need. Big Mac in particular was so good to us and a real laugh. The room was fairly basic but very clean and comfortable with a great air conditioning system, a functioning fridge and gorgeous balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was also nice and clean with a great shower. My favourite aspect of the hotel (except the 24 hour bar) was the pool area which was beautiful and luxurious. Plenty of sunbeds and canopy’s for shade, with a pool side bar and delicious food. It’s only a short walk to the beach and town where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. I really couldn’t recommend this hotel more and will be returning on my next trip to Rhodes.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The owners and staff could not do enough for you all very welcoming and helpful. The pool was lovely clean and plenty of sunloungers and shade for everyone. Breakfast was basic but Perfect and good cooked fresh to order. Good Aircon and cleaned with fresh towels and bedding every other day.24hr bar and reception and very reasonably priced.Perfect location just a 10/15walk to the centre of faliraki and the beach

The walk back was a little uphill so no good for the less mobile. The beds were comfortable but a little hard for my liking, I'm used to a soft mattress. The water pressure in the shower wasn't so powerful but still enough for a decent shower

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mike and his incredible staff for making our stay at their hotel truly memorable. From the moment you step foot in the hotel, you're welcomed as part of a big, warm family. The staff is not only hardworking but also incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Every morning, breakfast was a delight, and the 24-hour bar was a perfect touch. The poolside restaurant was a highlight of my stay, with the gyros being something I’ll definitely miss. Cannot recommend these apartments enough. They are basic which is the norm for Greece. Clean. Cleaners come to your room every day if you want them too. 10 mins walk away from the strip and the beach, and the nightlife. Although the walk back to the apartments is all up hill, so maybe not for people with mobility issues unless you get a taxi. Which I imagine wouldn't be much ( 5 min drive) Staff at the apartments went above and beyond. Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Food and bar open 24 hours a day. Pool snack/bar open till 3 ISH. May open longer, as the season progresses. We went in the middle of May, ( so early in the season. Food/ Salads were lovely and fresh. Air con payable locally , 5 euros a day. Definitely worth it. 27 degrees +, every day . Would definitely return. . Excellent .

Everyone at the Telhinis was welcoming and so accommodating to us during our stay. The rooms were clean and the pool area was great too. Beds were comfortable and aircon worked with no issues.

Our only issue was that due to there being no shower curtain the bathroom would often get really wet and slippery after someone had showered. Other than that we had no complaints about our stay.

The swimming pool was excellent and the all day and night porter and snack service. But mostly the staff especially the night staff . A big shout out to Big Mac who was so helpful the last day when my wife twisted her ankle and also the gentleman on reception the day we were leaving . They could not have been more accommodating and helpful under the circumstances

A bit dated but very comfortable

I loved the pool area. The pool bar had reasonable prices and great gyros. Some of the other foods weren’t great but we didn’t expect much with the low prices. The aircondition was good. The staff was the sweetest and the balcony had a great size.

The bed was small and made a lot of noise anytime you moved but it was fine.

The pool was lovely the staff so friendly and the prices at the bar and breakfast excellent value for money making the holiday lovely and everything you needed pool towels and towels. Brilliant location and they had bottles of water and snacks to buy the same price as supermarkets so no need carry around large bottles of water in the heat 😎

It didn’t have much of the facilities you would fine in a hotel such as hairdryer and iron. It would get cleaned only if you asked and bathroom would not be cleaned. Food area or restaurant would close early but it did have pizza till late.
