We loved our stay in this property: Excellent views from the balcony, clean, air-conditioned rooms and friendly staff. The pool looked lovely, but we didn’t use it, as we spent our time mostly outside, visiting nearby beaches(plenty around), tours, and attractions(i.e. water park) in the surrounding area.

Location is a walkable distance from the busy town centre but you have to climb the hill on the way back. Got charged 10EUR for a‘ripped’ towel which was awkward, as we didn’t ask for towels change during our stay. I want to think they got the room number wrong, as the reception was really helpful during our stay.

If You want spend time at place which is peaceful and have great view, this is your choice! Very friendly atmosphere and sweet personnel! Close the centrum of Faliraki and easy to walk or drive by cheap taxi.

There are not any bad things.

The owners and their son were so friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning and although a few Kilometres from the beach our hosts were on hand to get us taxis as it was a 4 minute drive. We walked into beach one day as it was all downhill but wouldn’t be advisable to walk up it

I honestly couldn’t find fault with the Oleander

Perfect family experience. Amazing view from balcony. Very kind, friendly owners. The room clean and cosy. The breakfast was delicios. The swimming pool nice.

We really liked the balcony view. And I have to say we never met someone more friendly than the man at the reception. The accommodation had a very nice pool with sunbeds too.

I would probably enjoy a better kitchen (washing gel, towel for the dishes or maybe a microwave) but it is ok you can cook there

The place really exceeded my expectations! It has a beautiful pool with an incredible view that can be seen From all Rooms! Great value for money!

Its on Top of the Hill so it does take a loooong walk to get to the beach; definitely better for people who dont mind Moving around or have a scooter/car
