We had the most wonderful week at Venezia Resort — I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! My partner proposed to me on our second day at Kalithea viewpoint, which made the whole trip truly perfect. Staff The staff were absolutely over the moon when we shared our engagement news — they felt like our adopted Greek aunties and uncles! We had such a laugh with them. They were incredibly hard-working and always made a lovely effort to stop and chat as we passed by. A special thank you to Maria — she had the most amazing energy and always went above and beyond for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you also to Stergos, Pinelopi, and Anastasia for the fantastic recommendations and just for being genuinely lovely people. Tony at the Marrakesh Restaurant was fab — the food and wine he recommended were spot-on. Food We weren’t expecting gourmet, but the food exceeded our expectations and was better than what we've had at previous all-inclusive hotels. We especially loved the snack bar for the gyros. The buffet had a bit of everything (even Sunday roast dinners!), which was great for variety. Drinks The beer and wine on tap (both red and white) were decent, and we became a bit obsessed with the Tequila Sunrise cocktails at the Cosmopolitan and the Strawberry Daiquiris at the Marrakesh Pool. Room We stayed in a swim-up room in the Cosmopolitan pool area. It was clean, comfortable, and ideal for two guests. The bed was super comfy too. Tip: Don’t leave the bathroom window open — we did, and it attracted a lot of mosquitos! Hotel Entertainment Entertainment wasn’t really our thing, but it seemed ideal for families or anyone who enjoys lively, cheesy music. There’s a timetable posted by the Cosmopolitan bar if you want to plan around it. We spent most of our time exploring the island, so only caught a couple of the evening shows. Pools The swim-up pool was always a perfect temperature and spotlessly clean — we loved relaxing there.

This was our first visit to an All Inclusive hotel in Greece. Before that, we preferred the Turkish All Inclusive hotels, and when we visit Greece we choose to stay in houses and villass, but this time we came across a very good offer and decided to try it. We were very happy with our choice! This is not a huge luxury hotel, but it is a hotel with potential, which is well maintained and which has everything for a pleasant vacation - clean rooms with comfortable beds, a restaurant with varied and delicious food, two a la carte restaurants to diversify your evening experiences, several pools, including one for adults only, two children's, one of which is an attraction and one with slides, bars by the pools... The staff is friendly and helpful. Our maid made sure that we always had clean towels and sheets, in the restaurants and bars we were greeted with a smile, and at the reception the people were so kind and responsive! This is our first time visiting Rhodes and we were extremely impressed by the beauty of the island! We rented a car and visited many places and beaches. Our favorites are Rhodes Town, Lindos and the Acropolis, Kallithea Springs, the views from Monolithos Castle, Tsambika Beach, Agia Agathi Beach and Agios Pavlos Beach. We had a great holiday!

The property was perfect for our stay. It was the perfect size and never felt crowded. It felt very clean and the pools were great. We had a room with a hot tub which had a big balcony. I came with my 8 month old (BLW) and there was always something for him to eat at meal times and the staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. We also hired a car which I’d recommend but we did walk into Faliraki one time and use the hotel bus transfer.

The toilet was loud in the night and the travel cot didn’t have a proper mattress (just a blanket folded with a sheet) but both very minor issues.

The hotel had lots to explore, with multiple pools and water slides and multiple bars and areas to get food. The food was delicious with enough options to satisfy and the all inclusive drinks were great. The room was cleaned daily and always to a great standard. The staff were very assistive and never hesitated to help with taxis/ public transport or directions. A beautiful view from the buffet restaurant and within walking distance from the main strip/ beach. Would definitely visit again.

There was often a few encounters with wasps throughout the day and occasionally a hornet. Personally felt a little on edge when they were present but not to the extent it was detrimental to an enjoyable day of relaxing.

The best part of the resort was Marrakech pool, only for the adults, with the very chill music and the nice bar. At this pool the choice of all inclusive drinks is smaller, there is a plenty of other drinks, but you need to pay for them. Other pools next to the snack bar and blue lagune bar are a little bit crowded and you should make sure to leave a towel eariler. Also, at these pools you have diferent activeties during the day and every night. At this pool you have few coctels, beers, wine, juices, included, and coffies etc.. The resort is not too big, but not small, just a perfect size. There is supermarket open 24/7, and a little gym with AC that can be usefull for some quicks workouts on your holidays. The rooms are not to big, but big enough, and with the fridge, big closet, hairdryer, I would say everything you will need at the room. And a nice terace that you can sit at. There is a laguage room where you can leave you suitcases if you are checking in earlier or leaving later and use the all inclusive facilities, except room of course Location is a little bit out of faliraki centre, so you will need to walk down and up hill to the closest beach, or try to find a public bus, which are so confusing and usually so late at Rhodes, while the taxi were a bit expencive to the any place we went. Food has a lot of choice, breakfast usually similar but with few new things every morning, and I believe everyone can find something.. Every day there is a fish made different way and was so delicious..Dinner every night with different theme, for excample Asian food, International, ect.. only the desserts were quite poor, and if you come late maybe you wont even find anything. The staff at the recepcion soo nice, also at the restaurant and bar.

The hotel organizes 3 buses a day to the faliraki, but the last one is at 5pm which is too early, and from faliraki at 5:05 pm.

Rooftop Jacuzzi room was great! Rooms very clean and tidy! The entertainment throughout the day and in the evening was good, we really enjoyed it! Clean feel to the whole hotel😊

We felt as though the food could be a little better but is pretty much the usual food you would expect to get in an all inclusive. Would have been nice to maybe have themed nights and wider variety of food. But the Pool bar restaurants were great, we loved the Pitta and burgers!

There are 4 different pools and one of them was exclusive to adults only. Marrakech had an amazing ambiance and the spa in there was something out of this world. The food was delicious and varied. All inclusive opportunities are also good for food and soft drinks. There are snacks such as gyro, pizza, fries etc. all day long. Which means you cannot be hungry. The staff was sincere and polite. The environment and rooms were clean. Also they gifted us a bottle of wine because it was our honeymoon which made us super happy.

Soft spirits like beer and Wine were somehow not effective in the matter of making you drunk or at least a lil bit tipsy. So if you want alcohol you have to pay for it. After a few days, you feel like you are eating the same thing over and over again. Entertainment for kids might be finished earlier but c'mon they can't make everyone happy right?

Me and my partner both enjoyed our stay as the resort was extremely clean and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcomed! The food was lovely and there was a lot of options to choose from, the cocktails were also made amazingly and again plenty of choice! The Marrakesh lounge was our favourite it was beautiful and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend and would enjoy to come back!

Friendly and efficient staff. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Evening entertainment.

Food was fairly good but could have been better.

The food breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was fantastic, the All Inclusive offering was very good. The swimming pools were lovely and the kids especially loved the water slides. Will definitely be going back.

Rooms could have been a little bigger for the family room.
