The property is truly exceptional—one of the most beautiful and perfectly designed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, from the architecture to the interior design, has been carefully thought through. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is serene, and the surrounding nature adds a magical touch. Everything feels curated to perfection, offering a luxurious yet calming experience.

The service feels robotic and lacks warmth. While it’s not bad per se, it doesn’t make you feel at home or personally welcomed. Another issue is the growing culture of tipping at the property. As someone from Spain, where tipping is not customary, being asked for tips repeatedly—including directly upon checkout—felt intimidating and excessive, especially given the already high cost of the stay. This detracted from the overall experience.

The dinner need some work. The products are there but the assembly needs work as the flavours are off balanced and not developed enough. The service is great and the restaurants is very nice. Quick tip: use dry wood to burn otherwise you will continue getting popping from the fire regularly - ash was flying out of the chimney during my dinner

The location is amazing and the attractions around are great. We got very good proposals for activities from the hotel staff. The room was beautiful and had an amazing view. It was big and comfy. The indoor pool is nice and the lobby area is very relaxing- super nice for chilling with a book. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

1. The indoor pool didn't have any towels and was not fully functional - probably the hotel is still new/post-renovation and will be fixed. 2. Everything comes with an extra cost- even the use of a Jacuzzi/ Sauna...this is not proper for a 5-star hotel. 3. There is no treadmill in the gym- please bring one :)

We stayed at Manna Arcadia from July 6th to 10th, 2025, and it was by far one of the most memorable and enjoyable holiday experiences we've had in recent years. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire team had such a positive attitude and a true willingness to go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. They were always ready to offer thoughtful suggestions and ensure that every detail of our stay was just right. Their kindness and attentiveness created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that made us feel completely at ease. The food was absolutely exceptional — both breakfast and dinner were of the highest quality, with a refined and creative touch that made every meal a delight. Our room was spotless clean, beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and designed with elegant, soothing aesthetics. The bathroom amenities were outstanding — luxurious toiletries that truly elevated the whole experience. One of the subtle but impactful touches was the amazing scent and the relaxing music playing throughout the hotel, both helping us slow down and fully enjoy the serene environment. A special thank you to the wonderful restaurant staff — especially Natalia, Katerina, and Nikos — as well as Mr Dimitris who not only helped us with our car and luggage but also gave us tips for short excursions, for their politeness, professionalism, and warm service. You truly made our experience even more special. We wholeheartedly recommend Manna Arcadia to anyone looking for a unique and uplifting getaway. It’s not just a stay — it’s a memorable experience that stays with you long after you’ve left.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

I really enjoyed my stay-it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfort throughout my stay. The food was excellent. One of the highlights was the amazing massage—I felt completely rejuvenated afterward. The area with board games was super chill and added to the overall relaxing vibe.

It would be great to have 1-2 seats in the pool area for those who prefer not to be in the water. Also, the sauna was an extra cost, which I found a bit disappointing, as most hotels offer it for free. It was quite expensive for something that’s typically included in the price elsewhere. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

The hotel is situated in an amazing location at an incredible landscape full of fir trees. The staff is very professional and kind. Minimal/luxury design, comfortable rooms with balconies with amazing view, tasty breakfast including local products. Peaceful and relaxing environment, nice spa/massage services.

The rates at the restaurant are overpriced, quality did not justify the overpricing. There are nearby restaurants with top quality and incredibly lower rates. I suggest that rates be at least adjusted. There is a small heated indoor pool, but its size is small making it only accessible to a couple or two. For future investment, I would suggest a larger indoor, hammam, sauna facilities and/or outdoor pool with sunbeds, where you can lie down relax, drink your cocktail, read your book etc. Currently this option is not provided.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of Greece. It had the best hotel restaurant i have ever eaten at. Quite excellent. Most of the staff were superb but a few were rather inept, especially breakfast staff. The spa staff made a silly mistake with bookings..I expect these small things to be ironed out with time. Again our suite was lovely but a few things could be better.. no make up mirror; the sink set too far away: the clothes hanger too high. But overall the room was lovely, the view magnificent and these problems easily resolved.

The architecture and interior design of the hotel are amazing. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. We got upgraded to a superior room which had a beautiful view on the mountain. What i loved the most was the surrounding nature, so serene and calming you cant get enough of the fresh air and beautiful views. The are some great mountain tracks for hiking in the deep forest just next to the hotel. Overall a fantastic experience.

The swimming pool in the spa area is way to small to be called a swimming pool. It would be great if the water in it was warm in order to enjoy the jacuzzi nozzles but it was too cold for that and the pool is too small to be able to swim in it and warm up. Also we found the bed mattress not as comfortable as expected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the MANNA Hotel in Arcadia, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a relaxing energy that made our stay incredibly rejuvenating. One highlight of our visit was the massage service. It was exceptional—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The therapists were highly skilled, and the ambiance of the spa added to the overall sense of relaxation. The restaurant at MANNA Hotel deserves a special mention as well. The culinary experience was top-notch with a diverse menu that offered delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The quality and attention to detail were evident in every meal we had. Additionally, the trekking in the mountains just outside the hotel is not to be missed. The trails offered breathtaking views and a great way to connect with nature, making our stay even more memorable. In summary, MANNA Hotel combines a tranquil atmosphere with excellent services. The location of this 5 star hotel is unique and the project of renovating an abandoned historical building is on its own astonishing! The place is magical, an oasis of tranquility and a relaxing experience worth living. The architecture and interior design are in pure harmony with the history and spirit of the building and the surrounding area of the hotel. Attention to details, extraordinary lighting design. The ecological view of managing the facilities and amenities of the hotel is a plus. The room was extremely comfortable and huge with a breathtaking forest view from an enormously big balcony. Mattress, pillows and all other products in the room (soaps, mini bar etc) were very well thought and of high quality. Breakfast was extraordinary and very rich with an à la carte menu and buffet options of quality local ingredients and options that prevented food waste. The wine list had a rich and wide selection of local, greek and European etiquettes and fair prices for most or the wines. The restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. The spa area is exceptional and gives the feeling of total privacy were you can relax and enjoy professional massage/body/face therapies. The personalised, warm welcoming of the reception staff is also worth mentioning. The restaurant area and staff were exceptional!! Most of the ingredients used from local producers were of high quality. However, since it is a restaurant in a 5 star hotel and it has the signature of a well known chef, the expectations are set up to a higher level. For our taste, and judging only based on the plates we tasted, the assembly of the recipes needs a finer attention.
