I'm feedback 10 because there is not 100. I really don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Based on some of the comments, I expected to be surprised — and I was, but in the best way possible! There were no hidden costs or overcharges. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves 10 stars. Honestly, I would give Nora a 100 if I could — that’s how much this hotel impressed me. Just look at the photos — even the air conditioner filters were spotless. I’ve traveled to many places and stayed in some very luxurious hotels, but this is the first time I’ve seen such high standards of cleanliness. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Ice cream, alcoholic drinks, and more were all included in the all-inclusive package. Even though I booked in peak season (August 6th), I found a room for 4 people at an amazing price. The value for money here is excellent. The food was not only delicious but also very clean and high quality. Sure, you might find hotels with a wider variety of dishes, but not at this price point. For those who understand that "all-inclusive" doesn’t necessarily mean “all you can eat,” this hotel is perfect. The mattress was very clean, with two protective covers underneath the sheet, and it was incredibly soft and comfortable — the same goes for the pillows. Every morning someone Full clean clean entire the pool. And let’s talk about the sea — crystal clear! The water was so clean that fish would come play with people near the shore. The Greek people are truly wonderful, and I’m proud to have them as neighbors.

I would kindly suggest adding one or two microwaves in the restaurant area. Having the option to reheat food could help reduce waste, especially for families with children, as many kids tend to be a bit picky with their meals.

I stairs a toto of three nights and I was extremely pleased with the Friendly, Knowledgeable, Helpful and Professional Staff. The property is very modern, clean and in a convenient location within walking distance of all that Xylokastro has to offer! Excellent Value! The Evita Blue Hotel and it’s Staff Excedded My Expectations!

I personally did not have any issues.. although there is no desígnate hotel parking; however, this is true for 98% of the Hotels in Xylokastro. Again, Evita Blue Hotel is a great value!

Location and premises are good.

No curtain and any separation in the shower section. Tones of water on the floor after showering, which you have to clean to stop the flood.

The rooms are clean , comfy, and the hotel is in a perfect location. The breakfast is very worth!

We could use some holders for shampoos and creams inside the shower tub.

The room was very clean and in new condition with nice minimal decoration. Sound isolation was excellent too, overall i would give the room facilities 10/10 The personnel was very friendly, very polite and willing to help you anytime! The hotel is literally 1 min from the beach

The breakfast was very basic if not bad. Very few options to choose from. Bread was only served raw (no device available to bake it) . They served really good omelette though The hotel has no parking space which means that you need to search around the city blocks for free parking The beach across the hotel is mediocre

Great building , amazing room, great location easy check in / check out!

Parking was an issue - limited on street Lift was a bit dodgy considering it a new hotel But the main issue was the staff, it was almost as if dealing with the hotel guests was beneath them, it was painful dealing with them. They did ALL inclusive, which was never explained / offered- I asked for a cold coke as I was siting around the pool after some time on the beach- I was made to feel like I’d ordered a 3 course meal 5 minutes before they was closing.
