We stayed at the hotel for two nights whilst travelling around the area. It was extremely clean and well organised. The position is perfect for strolling around this lovely small town and within about eight minutes walk from the square which has lovely cafes and bars. The seafront tavernas are right by the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and served in a lovely breakfast room with tables outside for when the weather is at its best. The lady on the desk (who also seved breakfast) went over and above in helping us with our onward travel plans. We were very grateful to her.

The rooms are very small which was a struggle for us as we had a lot of luggage. However when we arrived the lady on the desk was very helpful at helping us choose a room best suited to our needs. There was nothing else at all to complain about. It is a lovely hotel.

Location on the beach. View from balcony very nice! We used hotel only for sleeping on our way north.. Breakfast was basic but included ehat you need to start the day, only that coffee was terrible. .

All was good,, just 2 minor comments that could easily change no battery for air conditioning remote control.. wenmanaged to take from other remote. Coffee in breakfast was terrible. Good coffee is with extra charge. This is disappointing

The room we stayed in was on a side street and from the balcony you could see the sea. The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean. The property is 100m from the sea and close to restaurants. They serve a wide variety for breakfast which was delicious and fresh.

A kettle in the room to make coffee would be a plus point. On a personal note the pillows are not very comfortable - too big and hard.

An excellent boutique hotel so close in Pefkias Forest and a step from the sea. So clean and the room was fantastic with two balconies.

THE STAFF!!!!!!!! I don’t have enough words to express my feelings about Vasiliki. She is so polite, ready to fulfill every single thing we asked and even the ones we didn’t. So professional and the same time she shows so personal interest. Words cannot describe her ethos and her skills. Efi was so nice to nice too and she helped us so so much in everything we asked. People make the businesses.

Conveniently located less than 100 meters from the seafront, this hotel offers nicely appointed rooms with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was exceptional in terms of both quality and quantity. The offsite parking lot (about 200 meters away) is a useful bonus. But the property's greatest asset are the wonderful people who work there: friendly, efficient, and always willing to help.

We loved our stay. We booked a small room in The Gardens Gallery, and the room didn't have the sea view. We had an issue with the access key to the room. So, the reception lady upgraded us to the adjacent hotel, Riveira, which was a more luxury one, and we got a room facing the sea with beautiful balcony. The new room we got was more spacious. The reception lady was always there for the help. Our stay was more than what we originally booked for. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the upgrade.

This was a great hotel, location steps from the coast, very comfortable rooms with nice views, fantastic breakfast, and the staff are all wonderful, especially Anastassia gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, the grocery store wonderful bakery. The free parking in that area is a bonus.

It would’ve been great to have a hot water pot in the room

The Gardens Gallery Hotel is a first class run boutique hotel where management and staff is committed to detail. You feel this the moment you enter the lobby. Very close access to the beach and at the base of the pine forest. Also short walking to the town center, restaurants and shopping... it is an excellent location. The professional and friendly staff prepares a wonderful breakfast, offering a variety of choices for their guests. Having your breakfast and coffee, especially at the outdoor patio located at the base of the pine forest, is a wonderful way to start your day. Quality service to their guest, cleanliness and a modern facility is what makes the Gardens Gallery Hotel a must stay when you visit Xylokastro. My family had a very enjoyable stay and will be back on future visits.

The hotel is clean and nicely designed at beachfront. The staff is wonderful, polite and accommodating. Great breakfast with plenty of delicious options which guests can enjoy in the garden. Overall an enjoyable and restful experience!

Location near the beach.

Poor breakfast, same food everyday, 0 variety. Small rooms.Booked a superior triple room, and I think we received a standard one. No lightning in second room. Small shower. Entrance door closes before 11 PM, the badge received was not functional
