Was better than expected

The property was beautiful, location lovely but beach was not swim able

excellent hotel. it was so beautiful. clean. and customer service is exceptional. everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and be helpful to you. the hotel is very well maintained and very very good for families. it’s a very safe and friendly. the beach is maintained and kept clean. and there is a lifeguard on duty all the time. if you want an enjoyable and peaceful and beautiful holiday then this is the hotel to stay at. it’s also close to the turtle release refuge

it’s not in the town of Monterrico, but that’s a good thing because you don’t get the party people and noise. instead it’s a little away from monterrico on the beach.

Booking discrepancies: The accommodation charged a higher price than the one stated on booking.com ("Genius discount") on my credit card.

As much as we love to explore surroundings, we didn't want to leave this place. They just have everything. Restaurant, pool, ocean, massage, beautiful surroundings, and pretty sunset. Stayed there for 2 nights. Enjoyed everything. Stuff was really great!

The location and staff where very attentive and courteous and always made sure we had what we needed. The A/C broke down in 2 of our rooms and they were speedy and providing another room and fixing one.

The receptionist Fernanda who first assisted me was rude and did not care about explaining the difference in pricing from booking and what they charged.

The pools were really nice, right in front of the beach. You have direct access to it from the pools. The staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. The room service was excellent, and the food was simple but nice. I recommend you the breakfast.

The wifi signal was very weak, I would not recommend it if you go meanwhile working online.

The view and the staff were amazing. Every penny is worth for the room we got. The place is quiet and the beach is super clean. They do make sure that everyone is comfortable and happy

The place is calm and well. The pool is OK. The restaurant have a good menu choice. The room was spacious with good bathroom. Good TV multichannel. The cleanliness is excellent. Staff very serviceable and friendly.

Wifi not accessible in my room. I had to pick it in the restaurant in order to have internet access.

I loved everything about this hotel! The bright, welcoming room, delicious food at the restaurant, spotless cleanliness, excellent amenities, and the incredibly attentive staff—especially Rosy and Luis—made the stay unforgettable.

Pool was beautiful, unfortunately the beach was a little rough, so not good for swimming while we were there. Black sand on the beach was dramatic and lovely. All the meals were delicious. Not much around the resort, so a great place to relax by the pool and read a book. Swim up bar was a nice add-on, and the bartender was friendly and made a great drink.
