Breakfast was great. All food was good but limited menu options for ala cart Great children’s areas and tv options Friendly staff especially in restaurant with 2 year old. The best children’s pool area I have ever seen.

The fact that is located right in front of the beach is great but the beach was so dirty! If I'm spending this amount of money, I'd expect to have a clean beach to enjoy. If a staff member would spend 15-20 mins a day cleaning the trash in front of the property, it would make a big difference. If not, maybe organize an activity like beach clean-ups with the guests in exchange for a 10% discount or a free drink for the volunteers... The elevators need maintenance too. They are dirty and smell weird.

We enjoyed sitting on the chairs located on the beach, watching the seagulls and hearing the waves break! The meals were all buffet, and with a good variety. OK, we ate more than we should have!

The safe in the room did not stay locked properly. So that wasn't so good. One night around 10:30 pm someone banged repeatedly on the room door for a few seconds. Probably someone at the wrong room!

The property was beautiful! The rooms were spacious and clean! Great access to pools and the ocean! Food was delicious!

The property was fairly expensive for a family! You get charges by the person and not by the room! Children over 10 are considered adults! The beds were fairly hard! Dinner menu was lacking detail and so there was unexpected condiments! Staff were pleasant but lacked the ability to recognize mistakes and means/knowledge to find solutions!

That I got crazy messages via WhatsApp threading to make a payment outside of booking.com to guarantee my room. I refused multiple times and was threaten that they would cancel my reservation even when I explain it was confirmed on booking already. I wasn’t sure if my elder grandmother was going to go they made me pay upfront she wasn’t able to go and they refused to refund me the amount for 1 person. This should not be allowed on booking!!!!

Breakfasts is delicious and the location is very close to airport and the transportation is available for the people just arriving from the airport

I just see a person when i saluted with a buenas noches she just giggled and didn’t answer back make feel the Latinos are behind the white sorry for this .
