The front desk staff were great. Excellent customer service and very attentive and always willing to help you. DEVINA PERSUAD was amazing, Nicola was extra helpful. Ashanti always eager to help. Mario was amazing and Mark a great help. The rooms were always clean. The house keepings girls were amazing and very attentive to details.

Lobby bar waitress need customer services training. When you sit nobody comes to help you. You have to go to the bar to draw their attention and even that it takes a while to be acknowledge and attend to. For, the amount of money being paid and the cost of food at the hotel customer service should be a priority.

I thought the front desk welcome was extraordinary, really enjoyed the breakfast and the lobby bar. I also got a gift from Chef Mellissa which was so sweet!!

The service was a bit variable, ranging from excellent to pretty ordinary. But the good far outweighed the ordinary. One thing I didnt like was the travel service, which I understand is outsourced to ANSAMcAl. Their business practices are usurious to put it mildly, quoting one price to one of our team and a different one to another.

Staff well trained and friendly. Resort well maintained. View is great (had ocean view). Quiet and everything worked. :)

Would be good to have more food options of the local cuisine. So much variety locally yet it was a bit disappointing to have North American foods only for the most part. Breakfast was 99.9% foreign with no local options. There are Guyanese who reside in North America staying at the hotel not just people looking to reap Oil Industry.

The breakfast was good but I think it can have some improvement as it regards to the food warmer… It was not effective hence the meal was not warm enough… For me I enjoy food when it’s been served hot.. The servers were very diligent and helpful..

The hospitality in the pool area.. When relaxing in the pool area it would be great to have staff checking with guesses remotely to see how they are doing which I think can boost the business sales in that area…

The room met my expectations, actually I did not expect such a nice room being in Guyana. Clean and the staff were very friendly. Despite some family issues with being sick, my stay was great.

Not so much we didn’t like, would have love to spent time at the beach but the water was brown. View was awesome.

Good selection of dishes to choose from however I needed a gluten free menu which the staff made every effort to accommodate.

House keeping needs to improve. We constantly had to ask for toilet rolls and cups. Room when cleaned was not done properly. On arrival the drinks machine was not cleaned with a used bag in it. Remains of room services left outside doors for long periods.

Compared to other International hotels that I stayed at, the cost is a bit too much.

Everything was pretty much Marriott quality. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was great. Property overall was very good.

Room condition was acceptable but not exceptional. Towel racks were not secure, drawer guides were broken. Chair could be upgraded. Room cleaning/servicing was barely par.
