I definitely will come back again because the hotel itself outdid me. I didn’t expect the peace that I received with nature side of it and the expectation was beyond what I expected. I love it ❤️🔥

The breakfast and dinner. I feel like the menu should change daily especially for traveling couples.

The property is situated on a hill giving a magnificent view of parts of the city and seascape that what is lauded by the photographers worldwide. Unfortunately I was landed in Cap-Haitien on a very turbulent day. But the manager kept constant contact with me and made arrangements to pick me up from the airport at dusk when the situation seemingly calmed down. I was the only customer on that ominous day! He even went further to upgrade my room from budget to standard. Since I was locked in my dera for the next 36 hours, I had no alternative than to have all my foods in the in-house restaurant. The food is good, tasty & in large portions, I must say. The manager Mr Esper and his staff are all cool, smiling, good-mannered people. The time I spent there was like a home away from home.

I loved everything about my stay. The location was perfect and just a few minutes from the airport. The staff was very professional and made me feel right at home. I was still able to work in peace and went hiking on the hills a few times. The oceanview is breathtaking. I even had amazing interactions with the hotel's kittens. There are so many wonderful plants on the property if you are a nature lover like myself. I had the pleasure of savoring a couple of fresh mangoes straight from the trees during my 2 weeks there. I can't wait to come back.

Nothing honestly

The continental breakfast options on the menu were great. And the drinks and cocktails were delicious and inexpensive. But more importantly, the staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to Geraldine, Fabula, Floridine, Rosecarline, Reno, and Bianca for making my stay a pleasant experience!

The access road to the hotel needs to be widen. You must use the lowest gear to climb the steep hill.

It had a great view of the city; was laid out nicely; kept very clean, my room was very comfortable; WiFi was excellent; staff were very friendly and helpful and obviously liked their jobs.

I think they do their best under the circumstances but the bathroom could use a makeover, many items on the menu weren't available, and the air conditioning didn't always work.

Friendly staff, beautiful property with a nice view, great food from the menu (for what is available that day). Just remember that the situation in Haiti is difficult and that a lot of things are scarce. The hotel management and staff do all they can to make you feel comfortable and you have to respect that.

Getting there on foot could be challenging for some . Climbing up the very steep hill everyday. If you have luggage make sure you have transportation that can take up there and down.

The staff was amazing. Excellent customer service food was good. The assit manager was excellent, and he made sure my stay was welcomed

The budget rooms it was not for me had a horrible smell, also the location but they do provide transportation to come get you from down the hill.

I liked its location, overlooking the city of Cap Haïtien. The staff was also very kind, helpful with my requests, and hospitable.

When I got in touch with them through WhatsApp before going to check on certain questions I had (security, airport pickup, etc.), they were very unhelpful and downright rude, I still booked with them because their prices seem fair and because my guide, who I contacted beforehand, told me to, however as a first impression, it was pretty bad.

I enjoyed staying at Habitation des Lauriers. The staff was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. I wanted to change rooms, no problem at all, the young woman at the reception quickly granted my request and H helped us move. Also, great value for your buck! Breakfast was very good as well, although I would have liked more varieties.

First; I have never been to Cap Haitien, my fiancé planned this trip, we spent a week there and let me tell you; I 100% recommend this place. Everything was great. the day I flew in, Bianca messaged me and sent a shuttle to pick us up at the airport that was very convenient. she greeted us with a warm smile. I am a supervisor at Doubletree By Hilton, and her customer service skill is WONDERFUL. Everyone was fantastic. the breakfast was excellent; my fiancé had drinks that they even put them in the freezer for us with no complaints, I am a very picky person anyway that’s besides the point Jenna and Samirah were great they were very nice ( telling me each morning what they had for breakfast until I decided what I really wanted to eat). We felt safe and felt like we were home. the only thing that we didn’t get to enjoy was the pool, just because we went out every day. We will definitely be back. thanks for everything!!!
