The hotel staff provided excellent service. Sthefeny Arauz at the front desk welcomed us with a friendly smile. She was professional, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, the employees were courteous and helpful (guard at the parking lot, the porter, the cleaning crew, waitresses at the Market Restaurant). The facilities such as the gym, spa, restaurants, swimming pool were cleaned and in working condition. Our room was very cleaned and it had coffee maker, refrigerator, coffee, tea, water bottles. Also, we had a robe and slippers for each of us to wear. The WIFI worked very well. Breakfast was amazing, they had all kind of food warn and cold for all kind of appetite. We had an awesome experience, definitely recommend this hotel, and we’ll return.

Normally, I prefer to be out exploring, so pricier hotels with amenities don't interest me. But this time, I was looking for a comfy place to unwind and laze away after New Year's Eve and this fit the bill. The front desk service was excellent. All employees were polite and helpful. The bed was soft and the pillows were wonderful - varying in size and fill. Wall thermostat worked well. Wi-Fi was good. A large window overlooks the street below and the mall entrance. Above that, the city and surrounding hills. The pull curtains have 2 layers - sheer and thick curtains that do a good job darkening the room. The bathroom was nice and modern. The tub is deep and luxurious. I liked the toiletries. The room service menu is limited, but the food was very good and priced reasonably. I did not eat in the restaurant itself, but I did have drinks at the pool bar and enjoyed the atmosphere and music. Across the street is an upscale mall. Anyone can enter the hotel to enjoy the restaurant or pool bar, but to access the elevator to the rooms, the room key must be used.

I don't know that I'd say it's a 5 star hotel, but definitely 4 stars. It was a little overpriced compared to similar hotels. It's located in the trendy shopping area, but it's not close to any historic sights. No microwave. Mini fridge wasn't very cold and could not be adjusted. I had to have the desk renew my room keys each day because they kept demagnetizing. Be sure to use the DO NOT DISTURB sign if you're hanging out in the room in the mornings. I didn't know there was one, and the maids entered my room 4 times in one morning with only a 2 second pause after knocking. I wasn't compromised in any way, but it got old real fast.
