The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were spacious, the food was decent, overall the experience within the hotel itself was good

The location. I would not stay here again due to the location. There are other hotels which are within walking distance to shopping places and restaurants. At this hotel, you will need to uber everywhere. Also, if you choose to do laundry at the hotel, MAKE SURE you get the total first. I ended up paying $38 for about 10 pieces of clothes.

breakfast was really good, wait staff was nice place was very clean and the location was in a safe neighborhood the security guard was very nice, he took us to our room, he was very polite. he told us about the hotel and answer every question we had.

i did not like the receptionist, she was unpleasant , she did not greet us, and when we ask if she had any available rooms, she said no. i booked online while in the hotel and there was more than one room available. she came up with a story. she did not gave us any information about the hotel or were our room was. nothing at all, she was terrible, i dont know if she was having a bad day or maybe she did not like us.

Overall, the facility was very clean, and it was clear that the staff take great care in maintaining its cleanliness.

The location is somewhat obscure, and the sign on the building wasn’t illuminated. If I hadn’t stopped to ask the security guard for directions—when I was actually standing right in front of it—I would have just continued searching.

Great value. I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Tegus but this place was much nicer. The location is slightly less centralized but still close to everything. For half the price the quality was definitely double!

It was a nice little place. Slightly further off the main drag which was only an issue for me driving but aside from that no issues!

Breakfast was wonderful!! Rather than have a full catracho breakfast I asked for baleadas con huevos. Superb!! The coffee was excellent too! Loved waking up to the sounds of the little parrots flying in the colonia.

Due to the rainy weather the room and bed felt a little clammy. Not a big thing.

Large comfortable room, nice open space near reception, helpful staff. It’s a $5 ride from the Pullmantur terminal and all taxi drivers knew the hotel immediately.

We had evening dinners at the restaurant twice. The (most expensive) steak I ordered didn’t turn out to be a juicy rare steak… rather it was about 4mm (0.2 inch) and cooked to the point of leather. The chicken meal was clearly reheated, tough and dry with a reasonable mushroom sauce. (Perhaps the “típico” meals are better and slightly international dishes should be avoided.) Also the gym was not available because it was filled with furniture to allow for a (Saturday night) party… which played loud music till around 10.30. Not a real issue unless you have an early start, I guess.

Breakfast was great, room was spacious and immaculately clean. Amenities were as advertised- wifi was reliable, laundry service available, and restaurant very good.

Found it a bit expensive for the area.

Nothing at all although it is weeks since I first did this review only to have it lost where b.com insert a ridiculous survey request just as you submit meaning have had to re-do dozens. You will need (inexpensive) taxis to get to the centre and be aware that, while airport drivers know where the hotel is, regular, city centre ones often don't so good to bring precise address details with you.

The property is very close to the airport and feels very safe with a 24-hour security guard. The hotel is beautiful decorated and has a lush garden area for the restaurant. The food was super good and the included breakfast was delicious! The front desk employee, Nelson, was so helpful and spoke perfect English. Thank you Nelson!
