We liked the friendliness of the staff. My life just loves to chat them up and if you're friendly towards them, they'll pay you back in spades. If being in the heart of the city isn't a problem, the location is surprisingly convenient. The entrance to the hotel itself is kind of "tucked away" and not very obvious. We have family that grew up there and they needed directions to find it. And there's a 3 floor mall across the street that we didn't know was there too! The rooftop pool and bar area are very nice for relaxing and having a get together with friends and family - just be sure to make a reservation! The free breakfast brunch is very good and varies a little bit from one day to another. We stayed for 12 days and never got bored with it.

We arrived just before Easter weekend, and I know this is a busy time for them, but the restaurant was unacceptably chaotic. This is something they should have planned on and had a couple more people helping out. So, if you go there during a busy time, expect issues in general.

Very friendly staff, especially the staff that handled breakfast, they always greeted you with a smile and very helpful! I speak very little Spanish as there English was just the same but it was always nice to see the morning crew! Very good gym, pool, roof top bar area.

Seemed the hallway carpets needed a good cleaning getting a little worn out.

The VIP taxi service is not really connected with the hotel, even though they tried. I think that could be improved. For example, I requested the taxi driver to wait for us -- asked the front staff days before my stay -- and the way it's handled is that I had to let the driver know once he picked us up. When I did, he already had another appointment after us, so he couldn't wait for us. Overall, there's room for improvement on that connection/service between hotel and taxi service.

It's a very nice luxurious hotel. The room was big, king sized bed and nice bathroom. All the necessary amenities included. Breakfast was very good, a lot of options. We spent one afternoon in the pool which is very nice.

They didn't have a city map which my wife wanted, but I guess that's expected because there's nothing to do in Tegucigalpa.

I am 69 years old and as I was checking out I notice people over 60 had a 20% discount, I mentioned it to the young man at the checkout desk, but he wasn’t helpful and did not grant me the discount, very disappointing after a nice stay and other friendly staff

Staff were great, spoke fantastic English. Helped with a taxi to airport. Superb breakfast, room was clean and spacious. If I’m ever back in Tegucigalpa, this will be my first choice of stay. Thank you

Excellent Hotel, staff and rooms

Bed had a metal clicking bellow. It's hard to sleep when one gets up. AC system was good, but to silent and room was not noise proof enough to keep outside noise off. Normally, AC will help you disguise these noises

Clean, comfortable, and modern. Excellent location. Super close to the US embassy (we walked there). Very safe area. And not far from other attractions as well.

Breakfast amazing, especially the green detox juice and variety of the continental

The evening menu, food was passable, but wasnt 5 star tasting. Service impeccable, smiles all round

The front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were helpful and courteous. The room, bed, facilities and meals were of excellent quality. I had a comfortable stay.
