I had stayed at this hotel 20 years ago and same as back then it did not disappoint. The hotel has excellent rooms and amenities. View of the city was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Parking secure and access to elevator from the parking ground was a plus. The staff was very helpful during our checkout, securing our luggage for the extra hour we needed and ordering a taxi for us to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Felt it was a bit pricey, but overall worth it for the location and very nice hotel.

The place was tidy clean and the staff at the reception was welcoming. The room was big, well equipped and comfortable. The small kitchen is really convenient, it had a small fridge and a coffee maker, including two water bottles and coffee. The views from the balcony are really worth the stay too.

The person that took orders and served at the restaurant is the least charismatic and welcoming person ever. I want to think maybe they were not having a good day, but if this behavior is constant I wouldn't feel good eating there at all due to this. I suggest training for a better behavior to treat customers. I got random knocks at the door multiple times during the morning. Once I had someone calling to the room's phone and they immediately cut the call after I answered. Mentioned all these at the reception and said they didn't have any report of any of these matters. Besides this, it was a good stay.

Breakfast was good. Beds were nice, smart TV was a huge bonus, room was big with a balcony.

Shower head was not the best.

Breakfast was really good, many available options to choose. Restaurant was a bit busy but we stayed on a extremely busy date.

It’s a nice place with very nice personnel. The hotel also helped me out with getting a package delivered.

The pillows were too soft

Very good view on the balcony, clerks are very friendly and location is close to the place that I want to go.

We liked the beds and the furniture. The view was superb.

I believed I had made a reservation for two but according to them it was only for one. I may have been in error but they were totally inflexible about providing a breakfast for my partner. Overall, the staff was surprisingly cold and unfriendly.

It was really clean, staff was friendly, loved the gym, sauna, and food was tasty.

Rooms need more lighting.
