The hotel was clean and comfortable enough. The service were exceptional. Mira and the other guy were very helpful to our needs. And also the owner was very kind. I would like to go back here if we have a chance. And most of all the location was great. Just few minutes walk to the mtr and bus stop.

Centrally located in the heart of Kowloon, good value for money, small but functional: clean bed, hot water and good internet connection.

We definitely didn't like the fact that the room in the facility we booked was already taken and not available for us when we came late in the night due to late arrival of out flight. Instead, we were politely asked to move to another room which was - three blocks away!!! Yes, it was slightly bigger and, yes, we were escorted to that building by a super polite lady, but the effort didn't change our bad first impression. To make it worse, it all happened after the multiple confirmation of the management prior to arrival that all is good with our booking !

The room is bigger than other hostel and we booked different type of bed but the reception/owner let us stay on the dual bed without any additional fees. That's so awesome about them they care about your stay to be more comfortable. Thankfully i found it here at Booking.com

Nothing its perfect for short term stay or foreigners who wants to access all places in Hk

All the staffs are nice but Mira is the one most present. She’s very nice, helpful, and is always willing to grant my request. They have free coffee, too!

Loved this hostel as it is close to almost everything you need.Very clean rooms and bathroom,staff were very nice and helpfull as there is a pinay who attended to our needs.its been a stressfull vacation.

The staff is very very friendly and I like it the most, they even upgrade my room without any charges. So so grateful. The location is good and it is just opposite the entrance of Jordan MTR station.

I booked several weeks stay for my parents who were visiting from U.K. Excellent and convenient location, close to shops, many restaurants, tourist attractions. You can get to MTR in less than 5 minutes. Staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and kind. Bus stop for transport to airport was literally a stone’s throw away. Building had lifts too, so no problems if you had heavy luggage. They didn’t make up the room daily but if asked, it was promptly done. They provided a kettle for hot water and there is also a microwave on the premises. There’s no 24 hour reception but they give you the passcode for the front door, so this was never an issue. Proprietor gave us his mobile number as well so he was easily contactable if there was a problem. They let us leave our bags there when we arrived early so we could go out. Overall, very good value for Hong Kong .

Room was windowless, but room has air conditioning and fan. Room was small, which is usual in Hong Kong. Best not to have very big suitcases. Had to shower over toilet but no problems with bathroom ventilation at all, bathroom never had any perceptible odour. Had some minor issues with the door lock but it was quickly sorted out. It wasn’t exceptionally clean but expected as hostel is located in an older building, but hygiene standards were acceptable.

Although I checked in late, the staff was there to show me the room. Finding the location was a little bit difficult. The room was well organized and clean. The staff even did my laundry for me before I left.

Location was difficult to find, bathroom is very small. The AC unit was very dusty.
