The hotel was clean and comfortable enough. The service were exceptional. Mira and the other guy were very helpful to our needs. And also the owner was very kind. I would like to go back here if we have a chance. And most of all the location was great. Just few minutes walk to the mtr and bus stop.

Centrally located in the heart of Kowloon, good value for money, small but functional: clean bed, hot water and good internet connection.

We definitely didn't like the fact that the room in the facility we booked was already taken and not available for us when we came late in the night due to late arrival of out flight. Instead, we were politely asked to move to another room which was - three blocks away!!! Yes, it was slightly bigger and, yes, we were escorted to that building by a super polite lady, but the effort didn't change our bad first impression. To make it worse, it all happened after the multiple confirmation of the management prior to arrival that all is good with our booking !

The room is bigger than other hostel and we booked different type of bed but the reception/owner let us stay on the dual bed without any additional fees. That's so awesome about them they care about your stay to be more comfortable. Thankfully i found it here at Booking.com

Nothing its perfect for short term stay or foreigners who wants to access all places in Hk

All the staffs are nice but Mira is the one most present. She’s very nice, helpful, and is always willing to grant my request. They have free coffee, too!

The bed. The bed is not comfortable, it’s firm as wood 😢

Loved this hostel as it is close to almost everything you need.Very clean rooms and bathroom,staff were very nice and helpfull as there is a pinay who attended to our needs.its been a stressfull vacation.

Room were small though this is hk you get what you pay for.

The staff is very very friendly and I like it the most, they even upgrade my room without any charges. So so grateful. The location is good and it is just opposite the entrance of Jordan MTR station.

Although I checked in late, the staff was there to show me the room. Finding the location was a little bit difficult. The room was well organized and clean. The staff even did my laundry for me before I left.

Location was difficult to find, bathroom is very small. The AC unit was very dusty.

The whole building is very safe because security (4 security staff) is 24/7 manned and CCTV closely monitored every lifts and corridors and corners every floor of the building. The hostess Mira is extremely friendly courteous helpful. She explained every detail of the place and full mark in helping with the laundrette services. The hotel is very fortunate having such a wonderful responsible hostess running the management. Fully recommend the place for PRICE and VALUE except that if you want to spend DOUBLE the price for a starred hotel. THANK YOU again Mira.

Sometimes it could be a little noisy during the night due to it is a high-rise building and densely populated.
