Very good location, easy check in and checkout process

Soundproofing -- you can hear the noise outside your room/along the hallways as well as in the adjacent rooms.

Staff we're very helpful from the moment we arrived there, they accommodated the best they could. The hotel was in a perfect location at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, like a 2 minute walk to the train station and like 8 an 8 minute walk to the Victoria Habour Waterfront. There's also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't get stuck for choice when wanting to dine out. The rooms are cleaned every day all the facilities mentioned work, so would stay here next time when in HK.

The only thing I can gripe about is just the beds being a little more comfortable, but apart from that, I fully enjoyed my stay and would stay here again

Superb location, tonnes of restaurants, pubs shopping places right outside the hotel. It is in one of the busiest location of HK TST area. Metro is just 5 mins walk, and bus options from the main road available. It had all the basic amenities in the kitchen - single hot plate, plates, pan to make coffee or eggs. Just a note - The lane gets very busy on Fridays, lot of traffic, and difficult to find cab ride to airport from there. So plan your journey to airport in advance especially if its evening time.

I found getting in and out of the bath tub bit difficult, but thats just me :)

The location and comfortable space of the hotel room we booked was just wonderful.

The front desk staff was not very helpful when we were inquiring if it was possible to ask for assistance in hiring a taxi a bit before 6am (around 5:50am), instead told us to just go out and find a taxi along the road. If they could not help, they could have said it simply as they unfortunately could not. I eventually decided to book an uber on my own, but I did not find the front desk staff helpful.

Very helpful night time reception. Bustling local area with convenience stores nearby together with a 5 minute walk to a subway station. Lots of local food places. Large enough room to spread out with a good bathroom.

Limited English speaking channels on the TV - not that there is much need to watch TV as there is so much to do in Hong Kong.

It's close to all the tourist spots around TST. We got "upgrade" to the suite as the room we originally booked was not available. For your record, suite means additional space for "cooking" aka microwave and a sink, maybe the coffee table and the sofa was part of the suite set up as well.

Overheard at the counter that some people who stays at the lower levels has ant problems in their rooms, but they got to exchange to other rooms in different floor though.

Location is in Tsim Sha Shui where you can find lots of shops although it isnt as busy as it was before pandemi, but the area is basically one of the busiest area in HK, and if you need to go out of TSS, you can easily go on MTR or bus. The closest mtr entrance is about maybe 200 - 300 meters from the apartment. Modena itself is actually 1 unit apartment type. Mine has 1 burner electric stove, microwave, and some kitchen utensils. My daughter and I ended up having dinner just inside the apartment after long day browsing the city. Will stay here again if I return.

We stayed in late January, winter is still on, of course. Might be better if the unit has room heater.

The place could have been almost perfect: 1) If there was a bidet in the toilet 2) If there was a full mirror outside the toilet 3) if there was better cable channels or netflix or a smart tv that can allow chromecast. 4) if the lobby personnel would be a little more friendly. She was efficient but rather cold?

No bidet in the toilet, no mirror outside the toilet, poor cable channels.

There are all kinds of equipment in the room, there is plenty of space at the door, and two large suitcases can be put down. There is a shopping mall not far away, you can take the elevator directly to the subway station.

The building near the hotel is under construction and there is some noise during the day.
