Room had everything I needed. I'm not a luxury traveller, and this room was fit for purpose. It's no thrills. A somewhat clean room with hot water and A/C. Building is quiet. It's in a great tourist area. Bus to airport right outside.

The staff can seem a bit rude. I think it's just a cultural difference. He doesn't suffer fools and he doesn't go out of his way to smooth his edges. He's efficient and forthright, but cab be a bit intimidating for prudish or quiet types.

The location is unbeatable. The facilities are clean. The staff were friendly. If you have never been before, please note that the room is tiny, which was fine for us but might be an issue for some.

Only one towel in a twin room :(. The bathroom is the condensed shower-over-the-throne type! (but that's par for the course in this location)

The water in the shower didn´t warm up because of the broken boiler. That´s good because it´s so hot in summer. The towels were clean. A proper claustrophobic HK experience. If you want to feel HK, take this place!

The staff didn´t make sure, I´d find the hotel room after leaving the room. There was no fresh tooth brush and no tooth cream. The airconditioner was so loud, I even heard it with ears tapped.

That's very uncomfortable experience that Indian bosses was theft and I lost my Accessories and tried to attack me and I called police for investigation 😔😔😔😭😭😭 and that's unfortunately

That's my unlucky experience for choosing the TORONTO HOSTEL.... That's why the worst choosing this option 👿👿👿👿😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😕😕😕😕😕

the picture on the booking.com , and the room was completely different. the tv was broken , broken door handle broken AC

the entire guess house smells bad and moldy . bad customer service overall.
