The property was absolutely breathtaking, I had a feeling I went back to the past and at the same time it was modern. The furniture and the design were luxurious. The accommodations is very quiet.

It was fully unexpected, but the hotel hasn’t got a reception, so you have to completely follow the rules you receive via email to get in to your room. The entrance to the underground garage wasn’t straight away visible, but finally I found it (it’s the one next to the UniCredit bank) and it’s an older one. The Michelin’s breakfast isn’t right at the same building, but about 5 minutes away by walk. The Michelin restaurant is closed couple of days in the week, so you better to check it before you do a reservation.

Wow! It’s very hard to impress me these days but this accommodation managed to do that! we stayed in the 3-bedroom apartment on the top floor and the decor, design and layout was impeccable! We had so much wonderful space, amazing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was a treat to come back to the place after a day of sightseeing. Truly recommend and would stay again without question if I was in the area.

Neither of these were a big deal but I suppose if I had to find something: - the building doesn’t have an elevator - the kitchen didn’t have a ton of supplies. It had the basic plates, cutlery, drink ware and a few pots but there weren’t any basic items like salt. There were coffee capsules though and sugar for hot drinks.

Huge, comfortable apartment. Decent bed. WiFi good. Bathroom ok. Nice breakfast quality. Location is central.

This is listed as a hotel on booking.com but is actually a block of apartments without any reception. You have to self check in online and wait for the door code. Communication by messaging is not always responsive. There's a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment but no power or liquid for either, meaning they are not usable (who goes on holiday with washing powder?) Could have been a little cleaner (e.g. there's quite a lot of limescale in the shower). Breakfast is served a few minutes away.

Everything. Communication upon arrival went very smoothly and no problems what's so ever to enter the apartment. The apartment was very nicely appointed and there was nothing lacking. Very very tastefully done. Strong WiFi and as an added bonus Netflix. After traveling for two months it was nice to stay in and watch a movie. Lots of coffee pods were offered and not one but two bottles of water. The shower was one of the best we have come across in our travels and there was a good selection of toiletries made available. Breakfast is included and it's in their bistro which a very short walk. So nice to have a variety of hot items to order a la carte. I am not complaining about the typical European Hotel breakfast, if it's good, but this was nice for a change. Book this place, you can thank me later.

I am going to be so fit by the time we get home as once again there was no elevator.

It was a pleasant stay. Love the location, in the heart of the city. The perfect location close to everything, in walking distance. The room was beautiful, spacious, bright and clean. Towels, shower gel, Nespresso coffee were also provided for the guests. No reception but that was not a problem. Self check-in manageable! Breakfast at Piac42 was superb, the service, food and coffee, just perfect! Thank you for your hospitality! Definitely recommended! ❤️

Sparkling clean, heated floor and heating in the bathroom, luxurious, well located in historic pedestrian square near restaurants and attractions . We left our bicycles in a safe courtyard. The included breakfast was served in Michelin restaurant , 2 minutes walk from the appartment !

We kept window opened and there were loud people all night. This has nothing to do with the property directly however I am sharing to bring about awareness to the management

The location is amazing, such a wonderful building and the rooms were very big. There was a nice street view and great restored original design and feel to the whole hotel and rooms. The staff was super nice, in fact we forgot our electric toothrbrushes and they assisted us by sending them over with courier to us (which is just above and beyond). The restaurant the hotel has is also amazing, I hope they get their second Mishelin star soon! Nicollette and her manager from the waitstaff were just exceptional. They were professional and yet engaging and friendly, we got to know each other and they really started cracking :) Breakfast was also great and in a cute location at a market around the corner.

I can't think of much honestly. I guess the 15:00 check-in time is a bummer? The city itself is just 2 hours walk to get to know, but not much that can be done there. Really the whole experience of the town for us was going to the restaurant and hotel 42 :)

Good accommodation, comfortable, close to the center of the town and the main things to visit. The design is nice, blend between classic and modern. There is a parking garage very close if you come by car. The breakfast option at Bistro42 is good and tasty. The main restaurant is very nice as well.

Mini fridge access can be annoying due to how it’s integrated with the older style furniture and the doors on the wardrobe are very squeaky.

Accomodation is in good location, nice, clean and well appointed. Outfit and comfort is great. Beakfast is absolutely the best. Should one plan dining in 42 restaurant, staying in Room 42 is a must.

This is unmanned property, even it looks like a hotel. This is fine, but remote communication was very poor, at least in English. Never returned telephone calls. Breakfast place is amazing, but 100-200m away from main property, on another street.

This was our second say in the boutique hotel and this time we got the king room. It is even more beautiful than the queen and that’s saying a lot. The property is renovated to the highest standard and we just didn’t want to leave. It is very centrally located, bus stop is 2 minutes, thermal baths 5 minutes, basilica 15 minutes walk. The breakfast place is a comfortable 3 minutes walk and they give you a very generous alacarte breakfast.

There are no tissues in the room. And as the breakfast in not on the premises it would be nice to have a coffee machine for self service or a kettle and cups in the room, so you could have your first coffee in the morning without having to go out to get it.
