Free ticket to the spa

There nobody cleaned the floor of my apartment and changed my bin during my holiday for 1 week.

The hotel is located within the territory of the thermal bath area which is awesome. The bed was very comfy, there was good heating and the bathroom was nice. Abundant breakfast.

The fridge was old and loud

Ham and eggs breakfast and thermal water plus swimming pool

No clothes washing machines for gest.

There was the thermal.

The staff was not polite.

Having access to the healing spa was great. Having a Air Condition and a small fridge was great.

Breakfast was a joke, not a lot there to talk about literally. They do eggs and stuff, but quality is not good. Would rather take Mc Donalds ... Bathrooms were old and need renovation for sure.

My experience at Thermal Hotel was, unfortunately, disappointing. While the price was not high, I have stayed at several other hotels during the same period for a similar price, and all of them provided a much better experience. Thermal Hotel simply did not live up to even its low cost - it was not worth the cheap price. One of the first things that struck me was the lack of cleanliness. The state of the hotel was subpar, with the bathroom being notably dirty, some lights not working, and items left in the fridge from previous guests. I found myself having to request basic amenities and cleaning services, which was quite disappointing. Adding to the disappointment was the absence of a receptionist at night, leaving only a guard on duty. This lack of front desk staff affected the quality of service and made it challenging to address any issues or concerns that arose outside of regular hours. The location of the hotel also contributed to the overall negative experience. Situated in a secluded area, it felt as though I was leaving the city and entering a desolate space. This sense of isolation and lack of nearby amenities or attractions further diminished the appeal of the hotel. Reflecting on my stay, I can confidently say that Thermal Hotel is not a place I would choose to stay at again. The combination of cleanliness issues, lack of staff availability, secluded location, and overall disappointing experience makes it clear that this hotel falls short of expectations. If given the choice, I would opt for a different accommodation that offers a more pleasant and satisfying stay.

The only thing the hotel had going for it was that you get tickets to the pool area which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the property.

Bed was horrible, extremely hard mattress. There was no air conditioning and we were told to have our window open for it to cool down, was literally 28c outside all night not to mention that the smoking area for campers was right outside our window. Then they closed the indoor thermal pools 3 weeks before our stay yet the hotel only decided to send us an email about the pool closure 1 week before our stay when we could no longer cancel. I feel cheated out of my money by the hotel, was a horrible stay and would not recommend to anyone. On top of all of this my parents also came with us and in their room the didnt even have a proper mattress was pretty much a pull out couch which was stiff as a rock. Staff new about this but they still advertised as a queen sized mattress on their website. We were lied to and cheated every step of the way. Stay clear of this booking!!!!

Rooms are relatively clean.

Standard rooms do not have beds with mattress. They are day beds that are uncomfortable. Very disapointing since they advertise having beds and ask a fair price for it. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Barely 2 stars from my perspective. Would not recommend.
