Well appointed and clean facility. Very professional and polite staff. Efficient check-in/Check-out process. Efficient and friendly room service. Mr. Dhanush and Mr. Jasim at the reception were super efficient and friendly. I checked in and went to the room, and realized that I could not find my mobile. I thought I may have left it at the reception, so I went down but it was not there. I was really worried. But Mr. Dhanush quickly pulled out an app on his phone and played back the CCTV footage of the time I checked in, and it showed that I had put the phone back in my pocket. Relieved, I went back to the room, did a thorough search and found it in the bathroom where I had left it. This whole process took just 2 minutes. THAT is above and beyond I had expected!! I would also like to give a shoutout to Kamlesh, the boy who brought my room service dinner. Very polite, with a big smile, and refused to take a tip from me!

The hotel room window was right next to another building so that blinds had to be drawn. That gave the room a little boxy feeling. No big deal, but having a view of the outside world is better. Try to get a road facing room instead of a side facing one. The bathroom did not have floor mat and a hand towel; only a bath towel. Got it once I asked for it, but this should be standard. You may want to check this and ask for it while entering the room, instead of calling when you feel the need.

The location and cleanliness were excellent.

However, staff members were inflexible regarding motorcycle parking; only two spaces were available in a designated area, both occupied by staff. Despite traveling from Kanyakumari to Delhi by motorcycle, I was denied parking in the car area, although ample open parking was available. Otherwise, the experience was satisfactory.

Staying are good and comfortable..staff are nice and friendly most of all in frontdesk like in a morning shift name is Adarsh..he always helping me and the other staff here..foods are good service..my room is maintained cleanliness..keep up the good work and God bless you all

Iron should provide to the customer. Fridge connection should direct. In case of Insulin I cannot keep in the room refrigerator.

Breakfast menus was very impressive mixing of both South Indian and north Indian menu with continental menus. Very tasty and very good service.
