1. Location was good. 2. Breakfast was good but nothing exceptional...Non-veg varieites were very less. 3. Gym was decently equipped. 4. Didn't used the Swimming pool but seems to be okay..though bit small. 5. Staff was good

1. The Hotel is Old and needs URGENT refurbishing. 2. The phone is room had loose connections. 3. TV was not working so I had to call Housekeeping to get it started.

The hotel Mr Arpeet upgraded Us to a suite which was a very spacious room. Ms Poulami assisted us to get a late checkout and helped in providing a 15% discount at the hotel restaurant. Thanking specially to Mr. Habeeeb for assisting with luggage and providing cold water.

Bath tub was very old

Breakfast was a good spread with continental & Indian cuisine with emphasis on the local delicacies. In case you wanted something, it would be produced!! For example, though there were no sausages on the display, when I asked for the same it was brought without any fuss. It looked a little under staffed or a bit of lack of training. There was one lady who was presumably over-all in-charge and she did a great job; sorry, can't recollect her name. I must mention a lady by name of Ruby, at the reception who seemed to be more that efficient in handling the guests.

The staff needs to be a little more attentive once the guests are seated as to what they need. It may be just a glass, an item of cutlery or a missing serviette. Secondly, the space in front of the hotel is a bit congested with all the parked cars and at times it is difficult to comfortably alight the passengers at the main entrance. The open cupboards are an eyesore for someone entering your room during one's stay.

Loved the location as it was right in prime area and all property deals for dholera were placed within 10 minutes. Breakfast was also very good and comfy room

All staff were very helpful. They provided best recommendation on places to visit and helped us to plan our itinerary. The stay would be incomplete without having the best meal.

Food and Services were fast and amazing. Food is so delicious and also at an affordable price. A suit at a very affordable price in a time where every hotel prices are sky high. Simply amazing

I like the hospitality of the staff specially the front desk KAJAL she’s so helpful in assisting us even for booking an Uber.

The wifi is on and off and slow plus the smell of the hotel because there’s a renovation going on otherwise is fine

We liked everything about this hotel. Its good! And in all, our stay here was very good and pleasant.

The stay was very awesome. All th staff were very supportive during the stay. Even the front desk was very helpful especially Ms. Kajal. Will stay again when we visit Ahmedabad.
