Good large room, fresh clean bedsheets, good, pleasing, smiling, helpful housekeeping, F&B, front desk staff. Great lobby. Special mention for Pragya, front office. Her pleasant and helpful approach made the stay very comfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ginger hotel vastrapur for duration arround 12 days.and I must say it was an exceptional experience.the staff's hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more easy. Miss.sumaiya" at reception is very helpfull in prosess at all.highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfortable and delightful stay in city.

it’s perfect place for stay as location food is good service is prompt and rooms are neat clean and well maintained also is an economical choice for a this range of hotel tha staff was very attentive very cooperative specially Neetu saroj ,Sumaiya parween ,Amit Baidya,Anbhav pradhan, Swati suman, Jitendra behara, rahul gautam .

i stayed here for arround 20 days cze of ma buissness.location is perfect .rooms are clean and well maintained.cafeteria is specious and perfect place to desk work for hours. over all room service was easy nd quick. staff is realy cooperative. specialy miss sumaiya at reception was very helpfull. u guys doin good keep it up 👍👍👍

The initial problem was there was a door lock. The battery was changed by the maintenance staff. Ms sumaiya and Swati were very impressive in support

The number of plug points should have been more

Hotel location is very good, with private parking. Rooms are small, but clean. bathroom is good & clean too. Breakfast is testy with multiple choices. couple friendly.
