I recently stayed at the Hyatt Ahmedabad and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a great, convenient location — perfect for both business and leisure. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Rudra and Rahul at reception — a fantastic duo who made the check-in process smooth and effortless. Every time we needed assistance, they were quick, friendly, and efficient. Bokaho (mountain king) at the Spa and the spa team deserves equal praise — always smiling, attentive, and genuinely warm. I had a massage with Jasmine, who did a phenomenal job. It was one of the best massages I’ve had, and I left feeling completely relaxed. I also highly recommend the hair salon, which offers great service and attention to detail. Overall, the Hyatt Ahmedabad delivers an excellent experience — comfortable rooms, professional and friendly staff, and top-notch spa and salon services. Unfortunately my breakfast experience was disappointing. The food selection and quality didn’t meet expectations, and the service in the breakfast area was lacking — it felt like no one was really paying attention to guests’ needs. The one bright spot was the gentleman making the tea, who was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about what he was doing. His warm service stood out in an otherwise underwhelming breakfast experience.

What made the stay amazing was the staff and the team . From the security and guys who greet you at the entrance, front of house, catering , breakfast staff , all were amazing . I was travelling solo, the staff in the lounge were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Priyanka was wonderful, she was so kind, welcoming and helpful. It was the staff and hospitality that made it such a pleasant stay. I had a massage in the spa, again, the professionalism and hospitality was really good .

My room was next to a family with a screaming child, the noise can be a little loud. You can hear the outside noise from the 17th floor, but I’d definitely stay here again if I returned to the area.

I loved the warm atmosphere and the genuinely attentive staff—everyone was always smiling and ready to help, which made me feel right at home. A special shout-out to the team at the maige restaurant (Pratiksha, Ritushree, Tauhid, Moonkumari, Lezen and Chef Jitendra) also a huge thanks to the managers in the morning buffet they for ten days breakfasts ,lunches and dinners that felt like homemade meals

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like—my stay was flawless!

The hotel location was great and we were able to move fast despite the traffic but we would often walk out to the main road to get on our way

The staff need a lot of prompting and encouragement to fulfill service requirements and we were having to chase for requests made in advance The rooms are very dated and the bathroom needs a revamp and no aircon so you melt in the heat. Fixtures and fittings are definitely way too ancient. Had no line to dry washed under cloths on

We had yet another exceptional stay at the Hyatt Ahmedabad! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. Our club room was incredibly comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after our days out. The food, as always, was outstanding—every meal was a delight, and TG’s dishes never fail to delight the taste buds! What truly sets this hotel apart is its impeccable service. The staff are incredibly courteous and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. We had the unfortunate experience of a missing suitcase, but the General Manager, along with the Operations Manager Shezad and his dedicated team, worked tirelessly to locate it and ensured it was delivered to us swiftly in Mumbai. Their commitment and effort were truly remarkable, and we can’t thank them enough! I must also mention Nishank from the front desk for the great service he provided. If you’re visiting Ahmedabad, I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt. Its prime location next to a mall, luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and fantastic food make it an unbeatable choice. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Enjoyed the breakfast spread. Everything was satisfying. Head Sous Chef Imran attended to us politely. Just a little suggestion...the South Indian dishes, especially Sambhar did not meet its expectation. Rest all we enjoyed.Thaks..shall visit again. The housekeeping team gave us a nice welcome with their towel art. My kid loved it.

On day 2 of my stay, the key was deactivated a d lounge access was revoked by someone. I had to travel up and down from 17th floor to get it restored. The reception guys were quick in resolving issue.

Location, Room

1. Service at breakfast. No salt shakers, had to ask, no serviettes, had to ask. Ideally the breakfast tables should be ready before opening. Staff was short and appeared confused during the busy times. The breakfast in its entirety was good. 3. The beautiful pots in which contained some of the breakfast food items were free standing. No where to place them so it became tricky to serve myself with a plate in one hand and a lid on the other. Unless there's a trick to it that I missed, there's got to be a place where the lid(s) can be placed. 2. Location of Smoking area. Since it is situated past the security, I had to be patted down time everytime I returned from smoking within the premises. Not a train smash but somewhat annoying.

Excellent breakfast and excellent breakfast area! Good choice of local Gujarati, Indian and international cuisines. Well lighted area overlooking a small garden area. Lots of positive energy here!

There is a design problem in the room. When the bathroom light is turned on, the light comes into the bedroom and disturbs the other person sleeping. Bathroom must be kept completely isolated to avoid this.

Ideal location for a family. Next to One Ahmedabad Mall and easy access to move around. The hotel is spotless and most importantly the staff are nice, smiling, and attentive. They are ready to go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. A special work for the restaurant staff who are just amazing. Food is great.

Staff were excellent. Special shoutout to the sous chef in the breakfast kitchen who went above and beyond to make my 6 year old daughter feel looked after. Location was unbeatable being right next to a mall that had a cinema, arcade, etc. Also had a great Balinese massage with Jasmine and would highly recommend.
