Good property, location, staff, room

Dinner when clients were less instead of Buffet it was served from the buffet menu. So for each small portion, we had to order and wait. Also, we felt not good while ordering small portion as the hotel will have to cook specially for us.

Best location. Rooms are value for money. Breakfast spread is small, but the food is delicious. Very near to airport and Sabarmati river front. Best for business and leisure travellers.

The hotel is going on with some renovations and initial impressions were a bit shabby. But it didnt affect our stay.

The hotel is well located by the river bank. Not too far from the station too. Airport is of course a bit of a distance. Near and clean facility with a beautiful restaurant overlooking the river bank. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable seating.

The lifts can be operated using the room.cards but these were not smooth functioning.

Our Room was upgraded & Mr Ramesh GM of the property was very helpful with all my queries & all information was provided. We had ordered for Dinner from ROOM SERVICE and was fast & Food quality was very good. Breakfast Spread was Good & service was Exclent

The rooms are very comfortable with all the required facilities, and excellent levels of cleanliness. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff were very supportive and helpful.

price for the breakfast was on the high side

As a guest you have to collect your zomato/swiggy order from the main gate of the hotel and even the guard don't keep your order. I hope you understand my concern just do the needful if possible.

1) As per the price there is No tissue papers , shaving kit , Toothbrush kit in the room 2) Breakfast time should be flexible , we paid for Brkfst but we have marathon so reached hotel at 10:45 am, hotel staff denied Brkfst giving reason the time is over .

Really nice property, room was clean and modern. Excellent shower, powerful and hot. comfortable bed. Stayed on 8th floor so no noise from the wedding being held in the grounds. Good on-site restaurant, good breakfast. Really helpful staff! On site Liquor store, so if your happy to spend an hour of your life getting an alcohol permit you can buy alcohol to drink in room. Only open 12:00-20:00

Location of the property was perfect. Everything was nearby. Breakfast was also very Good. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

Didn’t have a swimming pool. Hehe. I miss that but it’s ok.

Location is perfect! Rooms overseeing the river are fabulous!

The breakfast isn’t that great in terms of taste and would suggest including more Gujarati items
