Warm and friendly reception staff, comfortable and spacious room Breakfast buffet spread is an ecelectic mixture, often springing up surprises like Maggi and Pasta.

Despite the excellent breakfast, it was observed that all items were not placed on time. Basic items such as milk for cerals were not readily available, which was a let down

Hospitable staff... Extended help to keep our luggage for additional hours. Decent room facilities. Well kept, clean, toilet. A decent number of light options in case one person wants to work and other wants to sleep. Also has a good study table. The room being on the 6th floor had decent daylight.

The room was a bit small in size. The shower didn't work but the hand shower had compensated. Small small things like .. no space to keep your personal toiletries in the bathing area- It would partly improve their facility.

The stay was in a prime spot. Everything was in a radius of 2-3kms. I always found autos, metro was in a walking distance. Great shops and options around. The room was fairly clean, room service was timely and most importantly they let me stay without pushing to check out. I got a comfortable hour and a half to check out . The process was peaceful unlike many hotels who start calling and chasing you to leave the room.

Shower could be better, either it was very hot or very cold. Either full pressure or low pressure. Bed was too soft for my choice but you may have different preference.

It's a cosy place to stay at. Accessibility, and connectivity is good. There are outlets within walking distance. The room, washroom and overall the hotel itself was clean and well-kept. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was totally worth the expense. We felt safe, and the staff was also polite and helpful. What's not to like. Go for it.

All staff were friendly and Priya on the counter and Jetubhai were very helpful.

Hotel located in heart of the city, walkable distance to all shopping malls. Rooms are very neat and breakfast is also good.
