Everything was superb! From check in to all meals to the staff to the place and comfort everything was just excellent! Staff are so courteous and homely. Always ready to help with our request. Never seen a place as clean as this in this budget! Even food was well priced not pricey. Full paisa wasool!

Each person of hotels (staffs and owners) are so calm and always ready to help, not only the shake of help, they understand your concern and accordingly help. I.e. 1.I need hot water for my baby food and staffs are quite busy because of 30-31st Dec crowd but still they didn't make excuses and provided me very quick. This is not just help this is intent to help.(staff) 2. Due to issue of network credit card was not swiping at that day( as per rule payment required before check in) , but still after Chek in to check out they didn't ask me single time for payment. (Owner) Really appreciable !!!

Just feedback: water glass and one jug water or one mineral water bottle should be at room, when guest check in.

We liked every bit of our stay at the property. As much as the property was great, so was the staff. They took care of us very well. The swimming pool was clean, food was great, rooms were clean and comfortable. All amenities provided were working.

Noting as such. Within the property if you can also provide places with a shade will be helpful.

We had gone to Alibaug in December. The resort is close to the center. All the beaches are within 5 km radius. We had a pleasant stay. Special note for courteous staff and food. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this resort

Lotus The Lake View Resort is a lovely hotel and it's beautifully maintained property. Staff at the desk, in the kitchen, housekeeping and all the staff basically was very prompt, polite and friendly. It's perfect for a vacation and peaceful stay. In short it was an amazing experience 😊...

Lovely resort with good sized pool. Perfect place to relax after exploring Alibag. Staff were really friendly and kind. Only addition we would recomend would be a small fridge in room for keeping drinks cool. We would definately return if we are ever in the area :)

The facilities were well and good. Swimming pool is there to warm up. The playing facilities for kids to be improved much more. The food was awesome. Any way the stay there was affordable

The transportation from resort to any other place is a de- merit if you don't have your personal vehicle

Hotel Ambience was Ok. Staff was cooperative and helpful.

Pool wasn't maintained clean. Lunch/ Dinner menu was limited and even Breakfast Menu was also limited.
