Overall property is good for a day stay

Staff don't have control over the visitor who were drinking near to the pool and omitting into it.

The rooms are spacious. No great view but lots of open space around makes it pleasant and gives it a relaxed vibe.

The location of the hotel is a bit of a problem with a very narrow road for access. The property is good otherwise, but we waited almost an hour for breakfast o be informed that the order placed never reached the kitchen. The pool has sharp edges where by brother nicked himself

Swimming pool and location.

No cleanliness. The shower was full of rust. The bucket was full of sticky material. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were spider webs on the ceiling.

The food was good, Staff behavior was in generally good (Konkan folks are really helpful in general), Vishal dada ensured that we are taken care off, but overall the hotel was way too overpriced for the services / quality of the stay.

The room could have been cleaner, toiletries could have been provided, no coffee / kettle in the room. We were told that drinking was not allowed in the common area which we abided by, but other guests were drinking with the permission of the staff.

The property was extremely filthy... Their toilets smelt worst than a public toilet. There was a cockroach in the room.. Their bathroom was worst!! We just left off after seeing the room and changed our mind for our stay...

As we entered the place smelt weird.. I wanted to use their common toilet it was horrible. No words to explain further than just saying worst worst experience.
