The property is impeccably maintained and well managed. Every switch and gadget worked, the toilets were impeccable, the staff were wonderful, friendly and outgoing. The kitchen does a great job with the breakfast spread, the food that we ate too was tasty and fresh, every little detail was thought off in true Taj style. To the managment and staff keep up the great work, would not hesitate to repeat another trip, weeks days are the best if you can get away

The AI generated booking process was irritating, my booking was confirmed through Booking.com, but the hotels booking office, somewhere else, had no knowledge of this, she then called the Hotels front desk and then they had no knowledge of my booking then the reception then checked with her back office and, what was for me a very frustrating 45mins, they finally found my booking reference. This was on the day of my travel and the reception was not aware of my arrival that same morning and they dont bother to check, they just say they dont have it!!!!..someone in management needs to look into this procedure please, this has happened to me on two occasions with different hotels when dealing with a confirmation and hotel front desk...

The property was vast. Loved the room as it was very nice and comfortable. The staff were cordial and friendly. The main pool was big and lovely. The entertainment dance arrangement was enjoyable. Food was good and enjoyed the breakfast spread. Overall a good and comfortable stay. Will definitely recommend and come back.

Property needs more maintenance. Lots of stagnant water everywhere around the property. The small pool next to the sitting area was empty with again stagnant water. Few areas and facilities had cobwebs and dust and leakage areas which was a bit disappointing. However considering it’s a very big area such things are bound to happen.

Exceptional staff makes every stay exceptional. Quality of food and taste is extraordinary! Mayur noticed redness in my eye while serving food and helped with medicine. Wow! Other F&B and Kichen staff were equally good. I've stayed in Radisson at Goregaon in Mumbai where House Keeping staff stole my Armani belt & Clarks shoes and whole stay was filled with negative experiences with food, front office attitude issues but Radisson Alibagh was superb in every sense. I had met Mr. Kapoor who was the GM here during my 1st stay in summers of 2023 along with the Head and his Sous Chef. Because of their people management skills, Radisson Alibagh has set the right team culture.

Everything is world class and best at Radisson Alibaug because everyone in team has right attitude and shows genuine happiness, from rooms, bed, toiletries, facilities, kids play area, pool, restaurant, live piano, room service, house keeping, security staff to front office team.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Hotel in Alibaug, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special shout-out to Vijay Thakur and Yusuf and his team at the restaurant, who provided impeccable service throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and friendliness truly stood out, making every meal a delight. The property itself is stunning—perfect for a relaxing staycation. The serene environment and well-maintained facilities added to the overall experience, making it a great escape from the city. One of the best parts of the hotel was the piano lounge, which added a touch of elegance and charm to the stay. The ambiance there was truly wonderful and made for some peaceful moments. The staff was really good... experience started from the reception where we were greeted warmly by Pranjal, and the check-in was done pretty quickly. Next, the rooms were neat and clean with direct access to the pool (that was a pleasant surprise. The piano lounge was special where we could enjoy a lovely evening with live music of our choice. At breakfast, we met Melki and Shabnam, who were attentive and provided great service. We enjoyed the mini golf available at the property, an activity i recommend worth trying. Would definitely suggest to friends and family, to visit Raddison Blu, Alibaug. Thank you.

The property itself is a beautiful place. It has a waterbody that adds to the serenity of it. Rooms are simple, and the plus point is the view. We had chosen a ground floor room that had a mini garden attached to it, which led to a decorative waterbody. The staff is cooperative and is prompt to help. It is a wheelchair accessible property where you can roam around hassel free even without help. (The staff does readily help you, though). The piano lounge and the artist stole the show along with the kokam and spice restaurant. The coastal cuisine there won our hearts. Do not miss their ukadiche modak and costal curries along with amoli/ neer dosa. We ate 3 out of our 6 meals there. And we still wish we should have done it more. Mr Ravi, Mr Pande, and Mr Deepak provided the best of hospitality while all the chefs cooked us, piping hot meals that might remind one of their mom's cooking. The cultural program brings a delight.

Our stay was tainted by an AC malfunctioning, which the staff tried their level best to overcome. Our whole luggage was drenched by the AC condensation that seeped through the bags. The staff promptly helped us move and get our clothes laundried. I wish the maintainace had been done before we arrived, so we would have enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Apart from this, the breakfast spread was a bit reparative, and the snacks served at the high tea were a bit of a let down.

Room: Room size was good. Room was beautiful with all essential facilities Staff: Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast : Extremely happy with the breakfast, the lots and lots of options. All the items were delicious. Not to miss the breakfast here. Lunch/Dinner: We went for ala carte, all the ordered items were tasty and yummy. Someone may feel the portion is less compared to price being charged. Swimming pool : Clean and well managed huge swimming pool. Kids activity area : They have big kids activity area. My daughter enjoyed a lot there. Property : Whole property is well managed and clean. While leaving we ordered food for the baby, and instructed the staff to not make it spicy and its for baby. They prepared it with care and didnt charge it as it was for baby. We reached early almost 2 hours before checkin time, we were kindly allowed to check in early. Would definitely revisit and recommend!

This seems to be a recently developed resort at Alibaug. The place, ambience, rooms, restaurants and pool are superb. It's quiet a large property spread giving you the opportunity to explore the area around you. It's going to be a mammoth task for the management team to maintain such a huge property.

The service expectations from the staff can be improved to sound more courteous and pleasant. They seem to be doing a job rather then focussing on their guests. A little more organised and coordinated would help do the trick.

I love the property, in fact, I am one of the repeat customers to this property at Alibaugh. I love the landscape and overall ambience, the employees of the property are extremely customer focused, exploring the property is equally interesting, now there's a Bombay Store as one the additional attractions, that too at the same price as we get in the city and last but not the least, employees are open to receive constructive feedback and work on them immediately.

I would strongly recommend to consider improving on food quality and its pricing. Food Quality 1. Overall spread at buffet is good, yet some of the individual items could not meet the desired basic standards e.g., overdose of salt in "Chana" & uncooked "Cajun Potato" - I must also appreciate the attitude of employees to accept the feedback and work on them immediately Pricing 1. Vada Pao is priced at INR 450!! I'm sure there are rooms to work out to set & meet expectations on such "celebrity" recipes :-)

Breakfast was good. Very limited options for lunch if you are sitting outdoors, even pizza which is on menu was denied. You check in timming is very late so most people like us were waiting. In a way you are encouraging people to go out of the property to eat. SO if you improve this aspect families will be happy to spend more time and utilise the property.

Towels are old and need upgrade. Dinning optios to improve in cafe setting for all day dinning.
