I had a wonderful time when I stayed here during my Goa trip. Excellent location, just by the beach front and the riverside. I took many strolls on the beach during my time here, sunset was especially beautiful. The hotel was helpful enough to arrange a kayaking expedition nearby, had a blast there too. Located close to Britto's Lane but that for another time as there was a lot other things to see at night too. The staff was very helpful, and prompt in addressing my grievances. I had Chole Bhature for breakfast, that was quite good. Overall, had a great experience, and would love to stay again.

The Location is excellent. You will not get a better location than this at these rates. Accommodation is very Good & the ambience of the property is very Romantic specially during the evenings. Staff is very courteous & Helpfull. All the major tourist spots are within easy reach. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit

There was nothing i didn't like

This was a very good location, only 50m from Baga beach and 100m Brittos and our room was on the water which has a great vibe. Antoinetta and Ashok were very helpful. The chef was also very kind to make us breakfast till late.

The location of the resort was very good, it was 2 mins from beach

The breakfast was very bad, in taste and they didn’t had variety of food. The options were very little

The location was excellent with river on one side and the beach on other. Walking distance from the famous restaurants of Brittos and St. Anthony, Baga market and driving distance of Calangute, Aguada, Candolim and Panjim.

The breakfast was of good quality. We had asked them about our needed items in the menus with some modifications. our kids breakfast was complimentary.

As the Room is surrounded by lot of trees and fishermans boats, you will feel some disturbance from crows and Rats around. Also some fishy smell around the property.

Management was very helpful and very friendly.
