If you're looking for a budget hotel near the beach in Anjuna the is an excellent value. The location is just steps to the sea near a wide variety of restaurants, shops and water sports. Their rooftop terrace restaurant has a sea view. The triple occupancy rooms are simple, but clean especially considering the price. Rooms come with a simple breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is often aloo paratha with tea/coffee. Dinner is baji, dal, rice and chapati...nicely made though a little spicy for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. the manager, is delightful and really tries to help out.

For what would probably be considered a mid budget in India, this place is perfect and provides all you need. SONU and Godfrey provide a warm welcome and make everything you need to do, easy. They offer a very reasonably priced laundry service and there is off road parking on site. Water in the rooms is piping hot and never runs out. There is no AC but a powerful ceiling fan kept me cool on the hottest of days. The property is only a short walk from the beach and bar area and central to a yo-you want to see or do in Anjuna. There are many restaurants and bars within close walking distance. That said, this place is always quiet and peaceful, morning to evening.

Probably the best hostel in Anjuna-Vagator. Definitely the besl in Vagator I love the location. Mango tree is right next door and you can walk to chapora's bars easily, and to the beach. The reception staff and the volunteers were really nice and there was a great atmosphere in the pretty much all the time.

I would give this room l a perfect 10 if it was maybe 100rs cheaper per night. I think it's slightly overpriced. But I guess you're paying for the location, for the events nights. It is worth the money. It just stings a little.

Everything this hotel is location beside the bank of the sea surrounded by coconut trees and beautiful hames, it has an amazing morning view from room and terrace. This hotel provides nice room Ac room, Non Ac room and family room, water supply twenty four hours covered with security surveillance two wheeler and four wheeler parking area, they also provide tasty breakfast and dinner, which in included in fare and their staff having a good behaviour, thanks

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
