Location is very central in Vagator and it’s very easy to get to MOPA airport from there. Pool was fabulous especially with the very hot and humid weather. Room had fabulous air con which was essential. Lovely balcony in my suite which was amazing for listening to the birds singing.

The TV would not show anything at all without setting up an account and making payments so it was a bit useless for me as I was only staying 2 days so not worth creating an account.

This time was my 3rd visit. I liked the location, room, pool, food and kitchen staff. security guard was professional and welcoming. Kitchen staffs were good.

water bottle- I stayed in suite room, the staff made a big deal to provide extra water bottles, we were thirsty and run out of water at midnight, reception staff refused to give water bottle. TV did not work throughout our stay, the receptionist was not helpful. AC- was turning off in between. it seems like there is a controller at the reception room. At midnight it stopped cooling up the room.

Excellent property calm, clean and well maintained, helpful staff availability of rental bikes and cars at the property. Good food reasonable pricing, spacious rooms close to beach eateries, restaurants and church

The morning breakfast has european style, notably the low spice levels and few indian dishes, however it is good food

we got large and bright rooms with high ceiling and 2 single beds breakfast was great staff was great and always willing to help big lawn and cute pool i must mention the night watchman Manoj

we got additional rooms in the first floor with two double beds - those rooms had strong smell of moss

Good layout of the property with ample space to move around. Aesthetic and serene. Well maintained garden.

The bathroom floor wasn’t inclined properly for water drainage, water would come to the basin area keeping the area wet all the time.

Everything was great. The breakfast buffet has one less item compared to last year when we visited. If we can have 4 items in the 4 compartments like earlier it makes a great breakfast

Staff were good, rooms were spacious and location was well maintained.

Swimming pool needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Had a rash after taking a dip in it.

I liked property location and ambience. They have a very clean and well maintained property and a very clean swimming pool. They also fulfilled our request for one extra bed.

Food was not good and over priced. Staffs were not even delivering water jugs to the room and trying to force to buy out bottles. On the last day of check out, we asked for an extension. Even though, property was almost empty, receptionist asked for double price of the same room, so we opted to check out.

The setup. The cleanliness. The facilities. The staff and amenities of the resort.

Lack of options for breakfast.

Booked the place as a gift to a couple and the experience was lovely, both for me as well as the couple. I was able to make payments in 2 parts, remotely. The couple was not bothered by the staff about the payment. The whole process was smooth and the staff was patient. Now for the stay, the couple loved the ambience and amenities. Specially the food at their restaurant. They had left some jewellery there by mistake and the manager made sure to post it to them. All in all excellent in delighting the customer. Would recommend for a hassle free stay and good time.
