The layout is great. More like a little collection of villas and rooms, a pool overlooking the jungle. It’s well built so you won’t hear the neighbours normally. Suuuuuuper clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. It’s at the end of a road so it’s nice and quiet but close to lots of cafes and things.

One room was next to the pool pump so was a bit noisy but they kindly moved our room. As well, the rooms don’t have transparent windows so you can feel a bit shut in, though the rooms are very big inside. As well, they don’t allow you to use any other taxi service except theirs which is of course more expensive. But these are small things and overall we loved our stay there.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool inviting. Best hotel I've stayed in on this trip in Goa. In a quiet area. The bed was comfortable and huge. Room service was very organised and quick. The food I ordered was good.

The reception girl was not very welcoming at all. Not even a smile. The other staff I had interactions with were very sweet. I accidentally broke a cup and they charged me rs.250 for it. I thought that was a bit unfair considering the day before I had to put up with 5 drunk boys in the pool screaming and shouting in the morning for over an hour.

The minute I stepped inside the resort, i felt i entered 1800s Goa. Every corner of the room and the resort is unbelievably crafted. Rooms are bigger than average standards. The pool is huge and has banana trees bordering it. The staff is very very caring, especially kamaxi, she did a lot for us during our stay with a 1 year old. I can't thank her enough honestly. The housekeeping staff is very polite, punctual and fast. The property is extremely secured although there are peacocks once in a while haha. I can't help but return hoping I'll come back soon.

The property was very clean and well done. Our room was spacious and had ample of natural light. The washrooms were spacious too. Their pool was the highlight for us, it was clean. The staff was very helpful in accommodating our requests.

Few things that can be improved — 1. The place should have a restaurant of its own (Currently, they have a menu in the room which is of another restaurant which serves at the property), 2. The washroom has a typical smell which is either due to the pipelines or the exhaust fan which should be checked and repaired.

Nice large rooms, very comfortable. Clean and nice bathrooms with hair dryer provided Housekeeping was done well. Also nice swimming pool though small Very pretty old style architecture

Breakfast included was at Grand Leony, not within the premises. And it was quite average. Better to go out and enjoy breakfast at one of the many small places. Also current goes off in between but that’s Goa

You can order a breakfast from a restaurant near by would be nice if it would be included

the overall look , theme , architecture , vibe , solace … in awe of these .. shall truly visit again .. they have an excellent common swimminpool as well plus a different attached pool access villa room which is a different category altogether .

just that i found a few few insects like cockroaches and ants in the washroom … one big one was in the hair dryer . also they dont have a kitchen or restaurant or bar which would have taken the proprty to another level and made it full service .

Property architecture, Cleanliness, Room Size and Quality (loved the patio), Swimming Pool, Location (very close to Vagator but away enough from the main commercial road and noise), Tranquil and Peaceful, Hospitality.

No issues, everything was great - they should consider adding a kitchen to the place and serving breakfast as well (but not a big issue since their sister resort has a kitchen which can deliver food on request, and all the eateries in Vagator are closeby as well)

Such a beautiful and aesthetic Portuguese style property with spacious rooms and great maintenance. Close to the beach, yet away from the madness. Perfect for family vacation. There is no kitchen, but not bothered as a lot of restaurants and eateries are available within a short walk distance. Value for money - 200%

Fantastic rooms, very clean and spacious. Good location and would get anywhere on the two wheeler pretty quick. Good property, very well made and maintained too. We got the two wheeler also at the hotel itself and didn’t have to struggle. Totally value for money too. Loved our stay here.

There was just a little bit of network issue overall. However, wifi was good enough.
