Very clean and friendly. We did ask to change rooms at check-in and they were very accommodating. The pool was great! Had one of my best meals of my entire 18-day trip poolside, although lunchtime is not a great time to order many of the choices on the menu.

Our first room was spacious with a lovely bathroom but for us was too close to a busy road. We were offered L-10 instead, a beautiful smaller room, and we loved it. We ordered ice to our room one night, unfortunately we were out of rupees to pay at the door, and the poor staff member who delivered couldn’t quite let it go. We felt a bit guilty, and horrible for him, we were obviously able to pay 126rp for ice! Maybe some coordination between reception and catering would have made it less awkward.

Our stay at The Grand Leoney was amazing! Came in with low expectations but was blown away and ended up extending our stay after checking out other hotels (nothing compared). The rooms were large, clean and bed was comfortable. The location was perfect in vagator. The pool was always maintained and clean as well as pool bathroom, gardens and restaurant. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I would absolutely choose the stay there in the future and don’t understand the mediocre rating.

The wifi NEEDS to be updated. We barely got any wifi in our first room and the second room wasn’t much better. We intended on doing a little work while at this accommodation but sadly wasn’t able to due to wifi problems. This was the only reason we considered staying somewhere else. We were also placed in a room which had a faulty shower head which sprayed the entire bathroom and the sheets + duvet had a lot of pilling. New bedding would make a world of difference.

We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to leave! The room was spacious with air con and a fridge, the pool area was a highlight with lots of space and beds around to accommodate all the people staying there. Breakfast included consisted of a buffet breakfast. Menu prices were fair for other food served throughout the day

Tea was the only drink available with our included breakfast, it would be nice to have a juice option :-)

The rooms are great, the staff is really helpful, one of the best hotel gym, great pool, super clean hotel

The music at the pool is very loud and very bad, but they turned it down when we asked There were VERY loud guests screaming all night

The location and value of the property is great. The front desk is always efficient and fast, will provide help in all your queries and information.

The restaurant staff. it was my second visit and they were stil looked lazy and not trained. we have to look for them to order, had no smiles, basically they looked unhappy in a happy place.

This property is in the prime location (vagator), with easy access to places and best restaurants around. The place was very clean, well maintained, green and serene. The staff displayed great hospitality and assisted when required. I recommend the place for a peaceful stay.

The spa - the massage provided was not worth the money. Th masseuse ended the massage 10 minutes before the actual time and are not professionally trained for body massage.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much and they were only delighted to help me other any request. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The food in the hotel was great, we had a poolside lunch most days and the price was very very reasonable. The pool was huge and always a lounger available for guests to use. Location was exceptional, walking distance to the beach and local bars and restaurants.

I liked everything.

Staff was friendly and the site and rooms are clean.

The breakfast could be better. But 50 meters from the site there is a nice cafe restaurant where you can get a proper breakfast.

Good location and big rooms

Too many ants need to do pest control atleast every 3 months, also pool needs to be ready by 8 am rather than cleaning it at patrons time.
