Pool was nice. Cleaning staff and maintenabce were all supernice. Breakfast staff also. Super profesionnal.

Receptionist upon arrival (lady) was not kind or professional. Ww almost left because of her but were too tired. I guess the reason was that we looked liked backpackers and she tought we cannot afford to stay here. After we stayed for a week she changed her attitude. Do not judge guests based on their appereance.. Music at the pool was so loud every day that one could not relax, read a book or listen to your own music. I did not used the pool cause of that loud music. They should have some quiet hours at the pool.

Great location being central to vagator, it’s easy commute to nice party pads , beaches & restaurants! Very relaxing peaceful hotel rooms as it’s away from main road hence no traffic noises! Courteous staff and clean rooms!

Food at restaurant can do better as we rate it a 3.5 on 5 , AC efficiency was very low hence we felt it inconvenient to get the room to be cold in spite of keeping ac at 19degrees! Water in overhead shower had a low pressure so that can be improved! The housecleaning staff needs more coaching and inspite of keeping towels on rack they ended up replacing which we dint what to from sustainability point of view

The location is very good, with availability of two wheeler and cars right outside the hotel. The swimming pool was very luxurious, had good time. Breakfast quality and variety was very elaborate and enjoyed it

The placement of Air Conditioner in the room could have been better, since sometimes it takes lot of time to cool the room. If the AC is right in front of the beds, it will be helpful in getting cool air and allow the room cooling faster

The staff, from the security gate, reception all the way to the chef are amazingly accommodating. They are keen to impress and ensure all your needs are met. Breakfast spread whilst marginally less than other 5 star hotels was very good. Whilst the buffet is the theme, they would make fresh food as you like it.

As this is a brand new hotel, a few details were yet to be resolved. Pool loungers were not available as yet. The gym is very small. This should be larger with more equipment. The hotel has a good sound system in the courtyard/pool area, yet they felt a need to add a stand-alone speakers which just blasted random music. The hotel needs to understand the type of guest they have and play appropriate music at a comfortable level for all

Property is very clean and neat, just outside the gate you will have Good restaurants and shopping Over all very good property to stay

They don’t give swimming pool towels outside , but I could see the some people from the same hotel brought the white towels from there rooms to the beach. Rather spooling the room towels it’s better they provide pool towels outside

Good location, kind and down to earth staff including at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant. Room service was quick. Hotel is loctaed just 3 mins ride from Vagator beach. All the famous beach shacks in Anjuna and Vagator and within the 2 or 3 kms radius.

Only issue was the AC which was taking longer to cool the room even with max fan speed and temperature set at 19 deg celcius.

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham - Vagator for about 3 days and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly sweet and helped us out with whatever needed in no time. The property is location in a superb place with places to eat and shop at walkable distances. The Vagator beach and Ozrean beach were only 4-5 minutes away from Ramada. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is travelling to Goa!!

Hotel was amazing, very clean and rooms were very comfortable along with a great pool area The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

You could not open the windows in the room making it very stuffy with air conditioning on

Staff need better systems for tracking room spending, they wasted a lot of time validating whether we had paid for our bills (which we had), and were not careful with organising receipts and tried to charge us for another room's costs.
