Location is great, there's a bridge over the 'river' to get onto the beach - which is a little walk. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They let us check in early when we arrived early in the day. The room was exactly as pictured and CLEAN! Really refreshing to have a nice clean bathroom haha. AC worked well. The food was tasty, limited breakfast options but they were good.

The sea view room is misleading - can you see the sea from your room? Yes but very much only at a certain angle. Otherwise it is definitely a garden view, and we were in the bungalow closest to the beach. They could have more beach chairs for hotel guests as one morning we couldn't get any. Be aware that the hotel will send you a payment link to pay up front right after you book (this condition is well hidden on the page). Seemed a bit shady but was all legit in the end, just thought it would be useful to know as I was worried it was a scam.

Excellent location right on the beach. Really decent food, good value and quite varied. The staff were friendly and helpful without being obsequious. Simple room, clean and comfy, nice to have a little veranda from which to.watch the world go by.

Breakfast was a bit limited...but enough to start the day.

Great location, very pleasing to the eye. All of the staff are helpful and attentive. The food is exceptionally good, everything is washed with filtered water. We were there nearly 2 weeks, ate in the restaurant several times a day and we all remained well throughout our stay.

I personally love to have a kettle in my hotel rooms as I love to make my own special tea in the morning. But maybe I’m unusual! Other than that, everything was great.

Suresh and his staff are absolutely brilliant. We were made to feel totally at home. The location is exceptional and the food is outstanding.. Everything we ordered was the best we've had in Goa and I've been coming there for 25 years Will definitely go back again. Outstanding service.

I loved the location - almost on the beach. ( And not any shops on beach ) calm area. The food I bought was delicious , I only ate at S&W - it was fresh, tasty, big portions, huge variety in the menu card, warm and always super fast delivery, the view to beach from restaurant, the place were clean and had a tranquil vibe, the staff I loved: The were very professional but even more I like it when you see how the interaction between staff, manager and even owner is .. it’s joyful, respectful, talkative and this vibe is very important to me and how I feel comfortable at a place. It also means they are authentic to the guests and that why I like Sunset & Waves a lot. The played different music during the day, cartoon for kids in the afternoon, 1 l water for free every day - newer experienced this before.

The barking dog who spoiled my sleep- and therefore also my day - but They took action towards this dog in the neighbourhood and it helped.

It would have been good fi they did the room cleaning every day. We stayed for 3 days and cleaning was done only once

Beautiful and amazing beach side resort.

I booked economic room because i was single and that fit in my budget nice with Ac, Tv , intercom and balcony with private shower 24 hours hot n cold water. Good wifi . Excellent food quality, Good cocktails drinks, staff is friendly always within smile . This resort have more choice for accommodations, partial sea views cottages, concrete rooms if you are on budget. Wish to stay more day but already made booking Thanks sunset waves resort team ....see you soon with my family.

The resort is in a very convenient location by the beach and offers a decent breakfast.

Location, food and staff behaviour were par excellent... The view is breath taking and the proximity to the beach is all that one can ask for. Conveyance facilities are also available and hospitality is very good...

Only thing which I think is needed are a bit more furniture in the rooms and placement of sockets near the bed head...

This is a truly amazing hotel it has everything you could possibly need the rooms are spacious and modern well equipped and the cleaners are fabulous would highly recommend this hotel
