hotel should have some links to taxi drivers for airport runs, not just directing you to over the road, it’s not professional and reliable at times. locking of the door not that straight forward, bit tricky. someone need to show you how to get hot water in the shower it’s a switch in the bathroom near mirror needs to be labelled. tv again no instructions to get it on!

Great pool & gardens. Well maintained. Lovely staff - very helpful. Peaceful. Excellent food. We ate in the restaurant twice & the choice was very good & the flavours excellent.

Nothing really. The frontage to the road doesn’t do the hotel justice. It looks shabby from outside and it certainly isn’t inside.

Family friendly ambiance, especially around pool. Buffet was satisfactory. Room Service very good.

The Cafe is marred by the presence of the Transformer and it's noise. Some more camouflage greenery around it. Buffet area needs steps for convenience. More smaller fans for comfort. Tataplay free channels very limited.

Very friendly and supportive staff! You can ask and it only takes two minutes and somebody comes to help, fastest ever service I experienced! Keep up with this good work!

Rooms and bathrooms had mold, I understand this happens in such a climate but recommend to wipe with anti mold cleaner every few month.

Excellent, well maintained property located in one of the quieter parts of Goa. Property is located not too far away from Mandrem and Ashvem and has good accessibility to almost everything you need. Staff is kind and accommodating and property itself is gorgeous

Change of towels and refill of water without having to ask....but frankly that is a very small detail

This was my 3rd or 4th stay. The chalets are spacious very clean & comfortable. Beds huge and comfy. Tvs work, just sign into your Netflix or Prime ( plus many more options ) account. I love ❤️ the gardens, the planting is so pretty & well thought out. Each visit there, they are even more beautiful. The pool scene is nice, large pool spotlessly clean & well maintained. Comfortable lounges & cabanas. Not to be missed on a stay hear is the food, we make sure we have a few meals as there delicious. The chef Mr Surenda cooks up a fabulous menu which not only fills you with delight with the taste but competitively priced. I've already booked to spend a few days over valentines as I love the resort. Your made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive.

I like everything

We really enjoyed this place. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and our room had a fantastic sunset view. The included breakfast offered a nice selection and the food was quite good. We rented a scooter at the market across the street and were able to get around the area very easily. Be sure to get a pass for the bridge tot he beach - it cuts off 1/2 mile or more of walking and takes you straight out! I would definitely return to this place.
