Our rooms were right in the beach, resort has direct beach access with an amazing restaurant with live music. Both my wife & I used their spa Amna was amazing. We interacted with the manager Arti, she was hands on & extremely helpful- we will definitely be back again.

Room 22 & 23 are back to back with beach views however room insulation was not great - not sure if we just had extremely inconsiderate & loud neighbours or if the hotel should consider some sound proofing. As mentioned Arti, was exceptional & handled it very professionally.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The beach cottage exceeded all my expectations, offering an ideal blend of luxury and relaxation. The property was impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and stylish experience. The cottage felt like my own private oasis, nestled close to the shoreline with stunning sea views. Waking up to the sound of waves was magical, and the sunsets from the patio were unforgettable. The interior was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I can’t recommend this property highly enough – a perfect 10 out of 10. I’m already planning my return!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel in Mandrem, Goa. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach, with a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by live music. The entire team was incredibly attentive and hospitable, always ready to assist—from arranging a taxi to printing our boarding passes. While our experience was mostly great, there were a couple of minor downsides: a drain smell from the bathroom and an affogato that didn’t sit well with my stomach, possibly due to the water or artisanal ice cream. However, these were small issues compared to the overall experience. We’d definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and welcoming beach retreat!

The location of the property is perfect—convenient and serene, offering the best of both worlds. His attention to detail, genuine care, and proactive approach to ensure everything was taken care of made our experience truly exceptional. The location of Palma is awsome right at beach. Restaurent - Ashwe 351 serves great food and cocktails. The live music was arranged on Friday & Saturday, though being off season in August. We had great fun. Room quality was also great, nicely done interiors and clean toilets. All staff was very courteous and room service, room cleaning, all was done nicely.

To enter the prroperty, one has to walk down steep stairs and may be issue for any elders or babies travelling - there are no lifts. We were attracted to property but took some time to get over the fact that property does not have a swimming pool. Mostly properties on this area, even beach side, do have a swimming pool. Talking of room rate, it was expensive even in off season compared to similar properties.

Beautifully located near one of my favourite beaches. The hotel was clean with a great restaurant on a really nice beach. The owners are really nice people that are happy to chat and make you feel at home and at ease ( though it’s run absolutely professionally - so warmth with professionalism ). Prepare for a fantastic vacation perfect for a couples and families alike.

The restaurants food is good on paper but if they had to improve one thing I would say it would be to hire a world class chef to take their food from good to great.

This place really strikes a fantastic balance between being a vibrant beach resort and a peaceful and comfortable haven for relaxing in North Goa. Every single detail has been taken care of and thought through and the entire staff absolutely bowls you over with their efficiency and hospitality, starting from the front desk checkin and checkout experience to the restaurant Ashwe51 and even the room cleaning services and the spa. Aarti from the hotel management who's perpetually around making sure there's a happy smile on each and every guest's face has been an absolute dream - she not only keeps the happy vibe going but meticulously makes sure every single issue is taken care of and resolved immediately. The rooms are spectacular, everything is in tip top working order, massive well equipped bathrooms and beautiful open spaces. The food and live music at Ashwe51 is also excellent - we didn't want to leave the place at all even during the evenings. The spa was also a great experience. Can't recommend this place enough - it's a beautiful find and we made the best memories there!

Absolutely nothing. It's difficult to come back from a place with absolutely zero complaints but this place manages to do just that!

Stayed in Goa during the last week of October, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The service was excellent, with the staff showing respect for privacy while being incredibly skilled and talented. The rooms were clean, modern, and bohemian, adding a unique charm to the stay. The shower was fantastic—perfect water temperature with strong pressure, making it refreshing every time. The location is ideal, right on the beach, making it a relaxing, calm, and safe environment. Artı was a fantastic host—kind, helpful, and friendly. We had some of the best conversations; she’s a true feminist and a boss lady! The team was also very helpful with local recommendations, which made exploring so much easier and more enjoyable. Definitely value for money. Can’t wait to come back!”

We had a wonderful stay at the Palma beach resort, from pre-arranged taxi to get us here from the airport to enjoying all the activities and beautiful grounds- sunrise yoga surfing and pristine clean beach! The accommodation as well was super clean and had a lovely garden. Sushant Bhaiya was excellent making sure we had everything we needed, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food at Ashwe 351 was also delicious, especially the smoothie bowls and afternoon vadas!

Really great location right on the beach but a little far from old Goa/other towns, so you have to take taxis everywhere, though these are easily available if you ask the hotel reception to book
